Logan brought it to life, placing the diamonds strategically to show off their beauty and clarity. Shaina created a detailed appraisal for me to share when I eventually gift the ring to my daughter. The presentation with Raymond and Manny made me feel like mine was the only ring that they have ever created. They presented it to me in an exquisite black leather box that when opened shines an LED light onto my ring to illuminate its setting. Wow! I could just imagine how overwhelmed with excitement a gentleman might be when he would, kneeling on one knee, lift the cover to that box and he would lovingly asks his future fiancée to spend the rest of her life with him. My husband bought me a ruby for my 40th birthday (24 years ago). My original wedding ring was custom made and included his mother's diamond off her wedding ring. When my wife and I got married, I spent a long time gettting a specific hand picked diamond center stone and bands. Years later to only find out that where we got them, which is only 0.9 miles from here, that they don't back up their products. They told my wife that so many tips were bad on the bands that completely replacing the bands would be just as much as repairing them. When she asked if they would stand behind their products at all, they told her "we sell jewelry not warranties." Luckily, after finding Middleton Jewlers, they saved us !! I LOVE my custom ring! I had a custom diamond ring done for my 20th anniversary. I had found some pictures of some rings that I liked that I wanted different pieces of each incorporated. This ring in essence was for 'every day wear', as my engagement ring stone was my mother-in-laws, and I'd noticed that I'd been catching it, while I'll wear my engagement ring for other than every day wear, my fear of losing the stone made me want to create another ring. I will say I got a quote from Middleton Jewelers and another well know Jeweler in Middleton and for the same ring, same custom build, the other jeweler was over 2x's more in price (YIKES). The process was longer than I had expected it would be, but that was mostly due to life happening, vacations, etc. I absolutely LOVE my ring, I wear it every day, it never gets caught on anything. I brought in a ring that was completely bent out of shape--I wasn't sure it could even be fixed. Manny assured me that it could be fixed, explained the repair process and cost, and measured my finger to make sure the size was correct.
