During a recent pedicure at Angel Nails, I noticed the Zoom Room so I told my husband about it and he signed us up for a free intro class. Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweetest person and the front desk. She got us checked in and took our pup's first day photo - adorable. After getting checked in we waited and browsed their merchandise which included a lot of training treat options that we hadn't seen before. When it was time for class to begin, we got settled at our station. The trainer was kind and funny and taught us a few new things. Our puppy was very excited and interested in the other dogs but we eventually got her to pay attention to us about halfway through the class. Overall we had a good experience, but did find class to be a bit distracting with the various puppies and parents in attendance. We may consider returning for private training sessions in the future.

He has learned so much these past few months and is currently in advanced obedience, agility fundamentals, and tricks 1. We always look forward to our Zoom Room days and he met his best dog friend here as well! Such a great community of trainers and people and of course doggos. The puppy parties have been really fun as well and a nice way to connect with other zoom room members and fur babies.

Jack is very excited every morning when we pull into the parking lot and he's always dying to get in the door which tells me he obviously loves it there! When I hear my pup give a huge sigh as he flops over onto the living room floor and starts snoozing away after a long day at day care it makes me very happy :) This place has allowed me to keep my dog content while I'm at work and what more could a dog owner ask for? The staff has been so friendly, the front receptionist in particular is very nice and funny! I think my only ask would be to have the video feeds viewable online so we can check in on our pups while we're at work. I know other day cares do that. Highly recommended for energetic puppers!

It's a very convenient location for me and pick ups/drop offs are so fast and easy! My only star deduction is because my dogs always come home with a horrible stench compared to other daycares they've gone to... :( so they need constant bathing now which is a bit of a hassle. Not sure what the heck they do to smell so bad, but I guess they come home happy and tired end of day so I'll continue to put up with it :)

One week before my trip I called to reconfirm my reservation and to ensure the requested room with the patio was still on the reservation. I was told it was. When I arrived to drop off my dogs I was told the room I had reserved two months in advance and reconfirmed the week before, was no longer available as someone had needed it for a "medical emergency". As my plane was leaving the next day, I had no choice but accept a room with no outdoor access. I was assured the dogs would get extra outside time in the play area as a conciliation gesture, and that they would text me periodically to let me know everything was okay. That was on Thursday. By Saturday I had not heard from them and called 9:00 in the morning. I was told they were just now getting their breakfast. I told the woman it is 9:00, what do you mean they are just now getting their breakfast. When I made the reservation, I was told the techs arrive at 5:30 am and the dogs are fed by 6:00 am. Oh she said. that is only Monday thru Friday. On weekends they do not arrive until 8:30. I also asked why I had not received any text from them as promised. She informed she was sending me an email. She did send me the email and that was the only communication I received. When I returned to pick up the dogs on Monday, my wife pointed out most of the food we had prepared in specific proportions, was still in the container. Their reply was the dogs did not eat much. These two chow hounds devour their breakfast and dinner in less than two minutes. One of my dogs is on medication required to be given to her with each feeding. Three of the pills were still in the bottle meaning they did not give her all the required medication. Obviously, I do not recommend this place.

My wife and I can't say enough about how Ryan and Mandy have changed our lives for the better…read morebecause of the training they did with our beagle Bumper. We tried multiple other training classes and techniques in the Portland area but none of them were able to help us with Bumper's leash aggression, pulling, and stubbornness. We were at the point where we were hesitant to take him anywhere because of how naughty he was. After doing much research and reading all of the excellent reviews, we decided to try Off Leash K9 Training. Although Ryan and Mandy were located in Eugene, we decided do the two-week course where Bumper stayed with them 24/7. We had doubts about whether or not it would work because of how stubborn our kiddo was, but he came back a different dog! No he is not perfect and he still acts out, but he is soooooo much better than before and we feel comfortable taking him out in public. Ryan and Mandy even extended his training for an additional week at no cost because he wasn't making the progress they had hoped he would. When we finally picked up Bumper after the three weeks, Ryan spent over two-hours with my wife and I to go over Bumper's trainings and commands. He was very patient and did a great job explaining everything. Yes the training is very expensive, more than I ever thought I'd pay for dog training, but the benefits of a well behaved beagle are priceless. Ryan and Mandy also run a dog rescue on site so it was great to know Bumper would not be alone. We will definitely be using Ryan and Mandy again for all of our training needs. Thank you!

Our dog spent 8 days 7 nights in the ICU at Dove Lewis fighting for her life. The Doctors all suspect heatstroke; although we will never know what truly happened. The story we got from Owner Trish and Trainer Myriah is that everything was totally fine and normal until my perfectly healthy and strong 3 year old husky was found with no pulse. There's so many things that just do not align and are very suspicious. Do not trust these people with your dogs. If this story does not deter you, and you still believe these people could be your life-changing opportunity to better you and your dog, ASK MORE questions. Do not trust the professionals. Trust yourself. Ask to see where the dogs will be boarded, ask for more detailed updates about eating/drinking/potty breaks etc. , ask for the daily schedule about where they transport the dogs, what they will be trained on that day and how long they will be kept in a crate. Ask, ask, ask whatever your concern is and then make the decision to NOT USE THEM. These people are dangerous trash and should not be working with animals. Save yourself the torturous heartache we suffered. My dog will live. Yours may not.
