My hubby had been excited to take me there since he had their egg salad sandwich for a work lunch. So when we were in the area (and very hungry), we stopped by here and got some sandwiches to go. I got the Jimmy's Photo Finish, with pastrami, Swiss cheese, red onion, hot mustard, grilled on rye. It sounded like a sandwich I loved as a kid, so I had to try it. At almost $18, I was expecting an enormous sandwich, but it was a pretty average sized sandwich. The flavors were really good. Just the right amount of hot mustard, so it wasn't overpowering. My hubby got the egg salad sandwich again, and was very happy with it. I couldn't resist adding a slice of their cherry cheesecake, as well. It was really creamy, and light on the sugar. The cherry topping was so good with the cheesecake, I just wish there was more topping! Checked out the decor while waiting for our food, and saw they sell fresh bread and bagels. You can even ask for a half loaf and have them slice it for you! (If they had a location near my house, I'd definitely be stopping by regularly for their bread!). Overall, loved the place.

We had such a great time! We went around 5pm on a Tuesday. There was few people so it was nice. Plenty of seating and has similar same charm as the German village location! Our food was so great, we had a Katzingers Ruben, Judy and Jerry's Sunday Supper, and red skin potato side. Then had a garlic pickle (or 2)! Yum!! We love coming here and can't wait to come back soon!

Is it possible that I have found the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had! A resouding YES! Perfectly toasted rye bread with hot corned beef, Swiss cheese, house made Russian dressing and of course, sauerkraut! The crispiness of the toasted rye bread continued throughout every bite and was accompanied with layers of flavor! The corned beef was very flavorful and had the perfect amount of kraut. The house made dressing was full of flavor as well. My wife had the tuna and I tried one bite of it -- equally as delicious of a sandwich. It would be great even as a hot tuna melt (which is also available) Be sure and check out the pickle barrels where you can chose from whole dill or garlic dill pickles. You simply cannot go wrong with any sandwich that you order here. Wide selection of sandwich offerings. The desserts looked great as well, but we just did not have room to be able to share one. Ask about their charcuterie board options!

I was hankering for a sandwich and got recommended this place. On first impression, you walk into an area that looks like a regular deli counter. Then you look up at the menu and there are so many options, it's almost overwhelming. They are all organized by which meat is running the show on the sandwich, which I liked. Along with sandwiches, you can order sliced meat as well as traditional Jewish food. One thing I couldn't find on the menu was the difference between their sizes. I asked and one is a quarter pound and the other half pound of meat. The sandwiches are pretty expensive at $18 per sandwich with no sides. Once you order, you head back to the dining area and the area where they make the real sandwiches. In front are two barrels will self-serve pickles. I have mixed feelings about it because I like unlimited pickles but also it is an open container sitting out all day, which is a little unsanitary. The area was clean but at least half of the tables were out of napkins and I had to jump from table to table looking for some. The employees were nice but some were standing around and could've replenished the napkins. I ordered the upper Ruben that was featured on Food Network and it was pretty fantastic. I really enjoy their sandwiches but the prices keep me from frequenting here more.

This was hands down the BEST corned beef sandwich I have ever had! I ordered the #21 Genes Free Lunch. It has corned beef, roast beef, coleslaw and Swiss cheese. I got it on gluten free bread and had it grilled. The bread held up well and it was piled with meat. A very filling sandwich for sure! I topped off my meal with a bag of chips and a can of Dr, Browns rootbeer and got outta there for roughly $18. Yes, I know that is somewhat pricy for lunch but totally worth it!! The service was good. The manager was pleasant. The restaurant was clean and parking was plenty

We are always on the lookout for a good deli and will drive out of the way for it. Having grown up with Lou & Hy's in Akron and Slyman's in Cleveland, and many trips to NY & Chicago, we have experience to compare. We ordered 2 deli size sandwiches hoping to take leftovers home for later. Unfortunately it was all very thick, very dry bread and hardly any meat. I can't imagine what the regular looked like if these were supposed to be the larger ones. I love a good deli potato salad and my first bite into it was crunchy uncooked potatoes. Couldn't even eat it. The flavor was great and I'm sure it would have been awesome if the potatoes were cooked. We did get some "Ruggies" for the road to go with our Starbucks and those were pretty good. Maybe the German Village location is better, I'm not sure, but unfortunately I can safely say we will not be back.

Really? This is $15 "real deli" Reuben? They should be embarrassed

Really? This is a $15 "real deli" Reuben....they should be ashamed of themselves. There was barely any meat in every bite, and thankfully I had thousand island at home!

New York style pastrami, knishes and Dr Browns soda. I wish they had deli fried potatoes but you can't have everything.

Some of the new ones I tried was the tiramisu and key lime pie. The line moved fairly quickly, so even though it's a popular spot, we didn't have a super long wait. The prices are higher than other ice cream spots, but it is really good ice cream. There's a parking lot behind and a good amount of seating inside.

If you love ice cream, like 'can't live without you' love for ice cream - Jeni's is a must. There are many locations - check the website to find your bliss. Sure, you may have seen a few pints in your local grocery store's freezer and that is well and good - but visiting a scoop shop gives you much more selection, including combining multiple flavors in a single bowl, waffle cone, or whatever delivery vessel is your preference. You enter the shop and are hit with the smell of fresh waffles being made and formed into ice cream envelopes. Then you focus on the ice cream case and all of the flavors. All. The. Flavors. If you are really in doubt, or simply cannot decide - free samples are available. You can make this the perfect experience by carefully choosing your order. As for me, I go a little 'mavericky' and decide between 2 and 3 scoops and simply choose what sounds interesting. I like the non-edible, basic bowl, which comes with a delightful wedge of crisp waffle to indulge. I have never regretted a single choice. Sure. It's more expensive than a soft serve cone from some dairy den - but it is a dozen times better and the price is similar to a slice of pie or restaurant dessert. Yes. A love of ice cream can rationalize anything. If you are dairy-free, there are a few flavor choices for you also. I highly recommend trying their seasonal flavors - they are inventive and absolutely fabulous.
