The nursing staff, anesthetist, front desk made the experience so much easier than I had imagined. The center is very new-looking and does not have a "hospital" smell. There is plenty of parking. I was impressed with the friendly efficiency, the clear-cut organization, the willingness to listen to me when I was advising about my brother, the concern and support for me during the experience, and the obvious joy they feel when they are doing their work to the best of their ability. They REALLY wanted my brother to see again; I felt very confident that my brother was getting the best care possible. Special shout-out to Jodie who wanted me to report on how my brother is recovering: he now can see me coming into a room and is much more involved in his surroundings. We still have the other cataract to remove, and I will be back to this wonderful facility.
