As anyone else would do i began to panic. Since I work in midtown Manhattan , I decided to go on yelp and search fur repair before the situation became worst. I read the reviews and decided this is where I would bring my coat. I walked inside the building (it's in the same building as mood fabrics) they are located in the lobby. The location is the size of a bedroom with all kinds of furs from top to bottom. The old man that owns it is the nicest person ever. Anyway , he told me to remove my coat so he could get a better look at it. He said I can fix this right now as you wait. I let him know my break was only 20 mins . He gave me a loaner fur vest, so that I could walk back to my job. Returned back on my lunch break to retrieve my coat. He did such a GREAT job !! You cant even tell where the rip was . The price was great and if anything ever happened , I would go right back to him.. Great experience

The turnaround time was quick and was able to get it in about 10 minutes. Their seamstress was working in the back and everything is done in house. They also make great fur coats and I had a chance to browse while I was waiting for my loops and button to be done.
