Took a seat at the Champions Bar & Grill near the entrance of the casino. Met with the bartender Izzy who was friendly and made a mean Aperol Spritz for $11.00. The bar was small and was surrounded by loud digital gambling machines but served its purpose. The best part was the whole casino was smoke free.

We ordered a pitcher of iced tea & received a free batch of buffalo wings with it as that was the special that day. They always have a daily special. My friends got the ribs special & steak special (Joe's Meal Deals) which came with a salad & garlic rolls, everything was very good. It was my 1st time eating there, I would go back again & would try their affordable daily lunch specials.

After the Stanley Cup ended and the World Cup second half started -- a tournament our country is hosting -- I asked to switch the sound to the soccer match. Tom refused because he doesn't like soccer and put on random background music instead. Complete disrespect to paying customers and to the country that's hosting the World Cup. People like Tom ruin the reputation of the place. I'll be back with my big, very polite friends from Colombia, Turkey, and Croatia when their teams play. Let's see how Tom reacts then. The bartenders were quick and efficient. The drinks were reasonably priced. I must stay, but two people stood out ! The Bus boy that was picking up all the empty dishes and glasses in the facility. He was on it! There was never had a dirty table, no napkins on the floor or any empty plates of food I was quite impressed with him. he was quick and professional, I didn't get his name, but my hat goes off to Nadia. I think She is the manager if she wasn't, she should be because first of all she had everyone in check! she made sure that everybody played their role. I could tell the staff completely respected her not to mention she was sharp as a whip with her white outfit on. she was professional and very attentive. I was completely impressed with her. Being that I am a quality assurance manager for a large company I felt I had to acknowledged her professionalism. I had to tell her how impressive she was! I knew that she was running the show because I watched her working with the employees, she had a pleasant smile on her face and never look like she was stressed. This place was spotless and professional run. This place is a well run engine. My only concern was the red runner carpet in the front when you walk in, It was a safety hazard.
