Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and offered to take our picture. We take our Stitch animal on every trip and wanted to take this fun pic, we did get stickers and make a donation. I know it is very hard to bring dogs to islands, so adopting from the island is a great option. We do foster dogs at our home and we support animal shelters that do a lot of the hard work.

Both paws are bleeding. He then blamed me for holding her wrong. I said we are leaving immediately and his only response was "you still have a bill to pay". She has been to the groomer within the last 4 weeks and did perfectly. The vet chopped all her nails past the quick before I knew what was happening. If they can't manage a simple nail trim (that wasn't needed) I would never trust them with anything else! She is also now traumatized so going to a new vet or the groomer could be a future issue. We first trusted Kauai vet a few months ago with our 12yo old lady Brindle/Blue pitbull named Fatgirl, this clinic provided the most reliable and optimal care for our fatgirl who was going through a rough time dealing with the symptoms of her cancer. They helped us put fatgirl to rest and took very good care of us giving us MANY options, treating us with aloha, patience and compassion. Kauai vet clinic doctors AND staff took very good of our old lady and just met our Fatboy for the first time yesterday with the same care and attention. Their emergency fee is also a lot cheaper than most clinics. We will continue to trust kauai vet as they've been really good to us and our fur babies. IT IS A HELLISH EXPERIENCE TO WAIT FOR A VET TO COME WHILE YOUR PET GETS WORSE BECAUSE EVERY DAY IS THE ONE YOU BELIEVE THEY WILL COME!
