You could tell they put a lot of thought into making the space festive and inviting. I never really got into pinball before, but it ended up being fun and something different to try. They also have nostalgic arcade games like Street Fighter and Pac Man, which brought back a lot of memories and were fun for all of us. One of the highlights was their self serve beer system. You get a card that lets you sample different local beers straight from the tap and then pay only for what you drink at the end. I ended up experimenting and mixing some together lol The kids really enjoyed it too, which made the experience even better. It is a great spot for families, and having one clean bathroom on site was definitely appreciated. Overall, Rewind feels like a unique community space where everyone can find something to enjoy. Met a sweet teenager boy who while we waited for an air hockey table to get free (the one we swiped our card on got charged but did not throw up the disc), without us even realising charged his table for us and presented us with a disc. Enjoyed playing the game and many more. ** Some of the machines in the arcade are not working properly, they charge the card but show an error post that. That leads to wasting of credit on the card. Happened thrice with us on that same day. There is a nice and well stocked prize vault that provides kids' toys, souvenirs in exchange for tickets (electronic now) earned, that also is a nice and seamless experience. The bowling experience was great as always though running very busy, it being a Sunday evening. The Epicentre game on arcade is a nice place to be at for some fun, excitement, adrenaline rush, beer, pizza, snacks. Recommended :)

We had to watch the machine count backwards from 7000, 3000 and 2000 AFTER all the cards and tokens were put in (it took a while). Such a crapy system, yes you had 4 employees standing around doing nothing. The machine jammed 2 times in one use also and we saw it jam two other times.

We had to stop by to not only check if there were claw machines, but if the prizes were good enough to invest in and we were surprised they were! We did the $100 deal that allowed us to get more bonus credit and a mystery prize, which ended up being an adorable Halloween Bulbasaur that had a pumpkin instead of his typical bulb on his back. My husband was having better luck then me in the machines, but I had fun regardless. What was cool about the claw machines was if you got 5 plushies from the same machine, you would be able to win the supreme size plush on top of the machine and no joke they were humongous! We didn't have too much luck in getting at least 5 plushies from one machine, but we did walk away with a handful of plushies, a small figure from a shooting game, and a bunch of cute little keychains. Definitely would want to try our luck in getting one of the supreme size plushies, but gotta make room at our apartment before than lolz

Thank You for building this rink in lakeport!!!!!!! Gorgeous new smooth surface (do be aware that this is a small rink). Kept clean. They have skee ball (and an adorable little arcade space). I dislike the pvc pipe contraptions kids like to use to "learn" to skate here. They create dangerous conditions on the skate floor during open skate and I'm not convinced they really help people learn the balance points. Fewer of these, limiting their use to 30 minutes a person, only offering them for the first hour of a skate session or something, would be awesome. Some rinks use/offer these, some don't. This rink does. The skate fee is a bit high for folks who skate for athletics but seems right for recreation (ten bucks... this quickly becomes cost prohibitive for training volume visits but makes for a nice date night/family night). The staff here is rad. I've gotten consistent friendly treatment (from different folks over 3-4 spaced out visits). They hand out free skate passes when appropriate (a counter person missed the skates I brought once and accidentally charged a skates fee... was happy to hand me a pass. That's hospitality!) They "Up ticketed" me a few tickets so I could take home a plastic horse as my skee ball trophy. These are the kind of "nice perks" attitudes that keep people coming back. This seems like a fun place to work!

We arrived and the young people running the place hosted our group the best they could. Most eye incredibly kind and the mini golf course looked really cool with all of the San Francisco landmarks built in. We had reserved a small narrow room with a lovely view of the bay. The room has one long table with chairs and nothing else in it. There was no place for gifts or for the cake, which was odd to me. We met with the host (who we later learned was the manager) and reviewed the schedule for our group. We had originally reserved the space from 2-4pm but paid for an additional half hour to extend the pay until 4:30pm. We planned to play mini golf first, then eat, then play in the arcade for the last half hour. We went over this schedule with our host when we first arrived and they confirmed our plan. The boys enjoyed the competition of mini golf and the food (chicken tenders, fries, veggie egg rolls, wings and mozzarella sticks) was perfect for that age group. Where everything went horribly wrong is when the boys tried to use their unlimited arcade play cards. We actually went to the arcade ahead of schedule just after 3:45 and their cards already didn't work. They read "low balance" and wouldn't operate games. We started collecting them and asking the staff for help to get them fixed. None of the staff understood what was wrong or how to fix it. After about 10 minutes of confusion someone got the manager, a young woman named Diana. She took the stack of non- working cards and said that she would fix it . She disappeared into a back room for about 15 minutes. We waited with the gaggle of impatient little boys surrounding us, wanting to get back to play. When she came back we were excited and hopeful that she had fixed the problem so we could get the last 10 minutes (at this point) of arcade play, but instead she came out with a print out of the email thread from a week prior showing where it said, in fine print, that game play would end at 4pm even though we had paid extra for the additional half hour. I was livid that this manager would rather waste more of our time -- that should have been a celebration -- waiting for her to print out and highlight the single line we should've remembered that our arcade play time would end at 4pm. Yes, we didn't read the fine print, but what really makes me angry about this situation is that we went over the schedule together at the start of the party and told her that we wouldn't even head towards the arcade until 4pm. That would've been the best time to remind someone that the arcade play ended at 4pm! Not when there is an rambunctious pack of 11 year old bouncing around the arcade and waiting for their arcade play cards. It blows my mind that she chose to print out the multi page email thread rather than just giving us another 15-20 minutes of game play. We all knew we had to leave at 4:30pm. It was a really awful way to end what should have been a fun party and left a really bitter taste in our mouths. I mentioned to the manager that she should consider updating the training so that all hosts understood they should review the schedule AND give reminders if there are any hard stops, and she rolled her eyes at me. That really showed me how much she did not care about customer service. Maybe she was having a hard day and we were the last straw, but it was a really awful experience and an awful way to end a day that should have been fun.

I tried to avoid writing this review by contacting the venue directly but have yet to see a response, so here we are. They had multiple pages on their website saying they are showing all the World Cup games for free, including the game I attended on June 13th. None of the pages I saw mentioned a cover charge for this game. (See the attached screenshots). Also, they had posted similar ads on their social media accounts saying that they are showing the games for free. So after waiting 20 minutes in line for the Brazil vs. Morocco game with no prior warning I was informed there's a $25 dollar entry fee at the door. The game had already started due to the extremely slow door management even though I showed up ten minutes early to get in on time. I just payed the cover because I didn't want to miss any more of the best match for the group stage, and didn't know where else I could go nearby. Once inside the promoter showed the game on a low definition satellite stream that was choppy throughout, and kept cutting out completely, missing parts of the game. On top of all that the promoter was charging $20 for feijoada, which basically is rice, beans, and some meat on top. This seemed draconian considering the ridiculously high price of entry for a game viewing that other venues all over the city showed for free. I would like to know how this obvious disconnect between your advertising and what the promoter actually charged/offered will be addressed to your loyal customers?
