These guys cashed my deposit check and ran. I had to hire someone else to complete the work.

Team is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, willing to make suggestions and talk through options. We're very happy with our new spa and would highly recommend All Seasons for anyone's pool or spa needs. While every one of our interactions with the All Seasons team was positive, special shout out to Tom Sekulski. He has been an exceptional primary contact to work with and helped us work through the entire project, including a mid-project design change. The construction crew was also very easy to work with and with any project, there are always surprises. The crew was communicative and great about addressing questions and making suggestions. Crew made a great suggestion for lighting to enhance the hardscape that really looks amazing. Truly exceptional experience and we highly recommend this business!

I have an inground pool, which I purchased from All Seasons, and have had service for years from…read morethem, even up to this point. They opened the pool for me last month and I noticed small air bubbles coming from one of the returns, long story short I turned the pool off last night and had several gallons of water shooting up from the skimmer in the deep end and heard a hissing sound. I tried restarting the pool and it took a little more time to clear out the bubbles through the sight glass but it did. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. During the process of building the pool, I had to wait days of ,well he's on vacation, or someone called in sick and so on. This could end up costing thousands to repair. I have spent close to 60 to 70,000 dollars with them I am in Homerglen and they wouldn't even give my family 15 minutes to look at the issue. I think A customer is entitled to at least that. Craig

My pool builder suggested this company to open/close my new pool. My initial experience with them…read morewas positive, but that changed this year. After my pool opening I had several concerns which I brought to the owner's attention. She responded to my email/concerns, however she took no responsibility for the issues, and instead seemed to be defending her crews and trying to point the finger at me - the customer. (see other reviews that also site this as an issue). I received no, "I'm so sorry you had to deal with this, and we'll definitely make it right". She did agree to send a crew back to straighten the handrail and drain handles they put on crooked, and then a suggestion that since I didn't seem satisfied with the services I received, perhaps I should find another pool company! She went so far as to give me referrals!? - seemingly implying that they were done with me as a customer. Over the course of the next week I was barraged with emailed invoices for the services - from 2 different NP staff people, and today a hard copy invoice arrived in the mail. This gives me a little more insight into the top priority for this company - profit, not customer service or satisfaction. It seems that that Naperville Pool only wants your business if you accept the service they give you and keep your concerns/complaints to yourself. Customers frequently have concerns or complaints about a service they received from a company, but when the company takes ownership over what they've done incorrectly or omitted, it tells the customer that they actually care about their customers, and are committed to both customer satisfaction and customer RETENTION. Thank you for the suggestions on alternate companies to take my business to Naperville Pools. The check is in the mail!!

I was there when they pressure tested my lines and they used too much pressure. They were at best supposed to use only 10 Psi of pressure. They used 30 to 40. I initially contacted them for a pool cleaning service and was quoted a price of $120. However,…read moreupon arriving at my property, the price increased to $200, claiming there had been a price change. I found this unreasonable and questioned the significant increase, but no valid explanation was provided. This is very highly unprofessional and exploitative, particularly after a price had already been agreed upon. Additionally, I had a broken water filter that required replacement, for which I was charged nearly three times the reasonable cost. This practice raises serious concerns about the company's business ethics. Exploiting customers is not a sustainable way to grow a business. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. It appears that pricing is very inconsistent and possibly based on profiling customers, which is unacceptable. To this day, I still cannot justify how a quoted price of $120 increased to $200 within just a few days. They still have the price as $120 per visit on their page - isn't that deceptive!

He was hired to clean a cloudy pool and spent an hour or less in two days doing absolutely nothing. He kept trying to push for the weekly maintenance but why would we hire someone that already has proven to be incompetent. He didn't even have a proper water testing kit and wanted us to go to the pool store for a proper test. He is absolutely clueless and doesn't know what he's doing a complete joke. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Hopefully this asshole chokes on the $150.
