I visited this location a couple times and I must admit, I am a fan. Well I have only dealt with one agent in particular and each time it has been a pleasure. Corey! His energy is always positive and I believe he means well when he provides advice when asked. This past weekend the store featured extra savings for Black Friday and I believe the additional percentage off ended today. Every once in awhile, the store offers jewelry for a low price. I am not sure if the sale is still in progress, but as of Saturday, they offered a pair of earrings or a single stone necklace for $24.99. This jewelry would have been perfect for a young child or something to have as a back up. If you like me, I am always forgetting my earrings. I try to keep a spare pair in my car or in my purse. This store is located inside of Greenbrier Mall. Right in the center... it is easy to find. I recommend you check out this location. I have not had any issues and if issues arise, the warranty plan covers the mishaps... at least for up to three years I believe. Have fun and enjoy life :) read more

Kay is better without this location. One lady is rude af and not helpful and has an attitude. I will never go to this location again.

Very poor customer service. This isn't the first time that I haven't been greeted. Two reps made eye contact with me and kept in walking. Finally a sales rep that was helping someone else asked how could she help me. Only then did one of the sales rep that had walked pass me finally asked for my phone number to look up my jewelry. Still no greeting!! I wanted my rings inspected and cleaned. He didn't inspect them just annotated in the computer that they were good. He half cleaned them and attempted to hand them back to me wet. Several customers were standing around waiting to be assisted but I also noticed several reps were hanging out in the back office. I purchased my rings from another store. But I have taken them there for inspection and cleaning. THey have accomplished the goals of inspection of cleaning, but not really friendly since I am not there on a purchase. Just recently took my ring in because a diamond was loose. THey had just recently inspected it, but another store caught the loose diamond during a cleaning. read more

I get it, it's commission, but don't pressure me if I'm already passed my limit. I have been in retail since I was 15 years old. I'm still 100% commission in the field I'm in now and I have immense respect for the people confident enough to depend on that. My husband and I have a great amount of money. I've been spoiled with fine jewelry for a while. If you give me great customer service, I'll be so loyal to you that I will wait to buy an item until you've come back from your 2 week vacation JUST to give YOU that sale. Saida decided that after we had said what we're already pushing our limit, she added an item that he said he wanted to our purchase saying it would effect our monthly payment. My husband and I did the math and nothing was adding up. Yet she assured us she was right and that instead of adding to our monthly payment, she was simply extending our interest free payments. Sweet! Instead of a year to pay everything off interest free, we have even longer! Point is, she lied to get the sale. Instead of the $280/mo payment she quoted, our math was correct in it being $350. The added item, made it $510. Needless to say, we returned the extra item and just payed the whole thing off. I now will only go to Amisha at Military Mall who is relaxed and makes it feel much less of a sales pitch. The only reason this is getting an extra star is because I love Kay jewelers but the staff makes the experience. This location will not have my support. read more

My siblings and I went in on the "Mother's Circle" necklace for our mother's birthday. You can get names engraved on it which is nice And what we wanted. The advertisement for this necklace is misleading. Our mother received it and it's smaller than her fingernail. You can't read any of the names! My brother spoke with 2 representatives and was told we are stuck with this expensive necklace because it is Engraved. The website does not show any size perspective at all. It is super small and unledgible. It is terrible that a company like this will not do anything to make this right. This was a gift for our mother 70th Bday and it was very disappointing. And we will never buy from Kay Jewlers again. Horrible customer service. read more

Do not purchase from this store 1157, Poor customer service! If you expect to be greeted when you walk in don't get your hopes up. My sister and I walked in waited 10min before being greeted and to make matters worst two couple walked in after us, and we were addressed last. I guess you have to look a certain way to be serviced or greeted. When we brought it to the attention of an employee she so replied you were last and we have cameras. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Spoke with someone whom claimed to be the manager would only provide me his first name "Cory" this was before he rudely hung up on me. My husband took my ring there for repair 6 weeks ago and was promised it would be available for p/u today-when he gets there he is told "oh it may take a couple more weeks..!!!! Totally unacceptable", when I called to question this and explained my disappointment in how long they were holding my ring and I do not want to wait another couple of weeks, and asked for my ring and I would take it somewhere else, I also asked that the $500.00 charge be taken off my credit card. Cory became argumentative and extremely rude and condescending. I will never patronize this location or any Kays jewelry store again. read more

Customer Service is awesome! They really value the customers who come in. I've gotten my ring cleaned here and I have no complaints at all.

They were very helpful to us when we were there looking at engagement rings. We didn't buy it right then.. But will be going back to order it. I am very pleased with the great service we were given, even though we didn't make a purchase. read more

Chose one star because I can't chose zero! Kay's put me and my fiance through HELL! I lost diamonds in my Vera Wang ring every other month since I got engaged, each time they shipped my ring off to be fixed for 2 weeks at a time. Once I finally got fed up with that (and multiple other issues with them) and said I want to take my business elsewhere, they gave us the runaround. They gave me a solution of replacing the diamond and giving it back temporarily but told me not to wear my engagement ring until the wedding because of the risk of losing more diamonds and then they will replace the ring after the wedding. I'm thinking ... who pays 2k for the jeweler to tell you to let it sit in a jewelry box collecting dust after they admitted the issues are mistakes on their end? We made probably 50 calls to corporate, which seemed like a never ending battle. I was in the store literally crying my eyes out because my wedding was a month away and I wasn't going to have an engagement ring and the manager there (Cory) told me to leave and come back another day because I'm too "emotionally stressed". I know he really wanted me to leave so that I wouldn't discourage his potential customers when they saw how upset Kays had made me. I told him I would tell all of the customers in the store ALL of the hell that they put us through and he threatened to call security to have me removed (still without a solution). I went to Long Jewelers on Battlefield and got a much better quality ring, sized and ready for me the very next day, while we are still out the 2k at Kays and still battling with corporate calls, FINALLY probably like two weeks later corporate took their time reviewing all of the inconsistencies and mistakes on Kay's end, corporate decided to give us a refund. Not to mention Cory also told me that it's my fault that diamonds keep falling out because I sleep in my ring... which is a complete JOKE, if I wasn't supposed to sleep in my ring, shouldn't you tell the person purchasing that ring? When we asked him that, he said "it's not in our policy to tell minor details to the customer, we only discuss what the customer wants to ask". He also told us that he is "doing us a favor" by even trying to replace the diamonds (although we paid for a lifetime warranty) and that he is doing this favor because my fiance is in the service. Gosh there were so many faults on their end that I can't even name them all off of the top of my head and it just makes my blood boil thinking back on them. Thank God that nightmare is over. I wouldn't want to deal with bringing my ring in for repairs and missing diamonds every other month for the rest of my life to people that could give two shits about you. Seriously, just check their reviews; they have had a SERIOUS decline in their ability to satisfy their customer service. read more

Stay away!! They are all as incompetent as the people they send your jewelry to, to be sized. When you call them about what is messed up (in my case, my engagement ring was not the right size and was gone for over two weeks) they don't offer any explanation other then "bring it in, we will send it out again""we don't know why that happened", (no overnight shipping to make it right, no nothing) which will take another 2 weeks or more to the same incompetent person who messed up the first time.
