I went to 4 other locations and they all said that place ruined the back when opening it so I had to bring it back to them. After going back to this place and informing them about it, the manager, Adriana, already looked annoyed that she had to "help" a customer. I'm not so mad about the watch not being fixed, as I am about Adriana's HORRIBLE customer service! Very rude young girl, whom laughed with her other female co-worker as I walked away. Still can't fathom the fact that she is a manager there, if she's even telling me the truth.
