I took my diamond tennis bracelet in because I caught it on something and it was hanging on by a small hinge and a divider was bent out of shape. I was promised it would be ready in a week and charged $200. Long story short it took over 4 weeks to get it back and the repair was terrible quality! It wasn't fixed. Because we are traveling ( they had to FedEx my bracelet to me) and I couldn't wait for Kay Jeweler to get it right, I had to take it to another jewelry shop. They had it ready the next day and it was finally fixed. And they only charged me $50! I asked Kay Jeweler for a refund. A few weeks later a woman named Sherri called and denied the refund. She said I would have needed to take it back to KJ for additional repair. Are you kidding? They had it for 4 weeks and couldn't get it right. Why in the world would I give it back to them again? When I was purchasing my wedding band the seller told me that getting my ring inspected or worked on would be included in my warranty. My engagement ring was purchased elsewhere so I was worried they wouldn't include it. I was told they would so I purchased the band. 6 years later I took it in to get it resized because my finger size changed after pregnancy. The sells associate informed me that I will have to pay to get it resized. I told her that the resizing was included in my warranty so it should not be any cost to me. She states since I got my engagement ring elsewhere it voids the warranty. I am very upset!! I was told they would take care of it by the sells associate who I purchased the band from. They lied to me. I will not be purchasing from there again. Update: took my ring to the place my husband bought my engagement ring! They are resizing my ring for me, even with the band that was bought elsewhere. I am so thankful to them! Again I will never purchase at kay jewelers. I do not appreciate being lied to which ended with costing me more money than the money I spent additionally for the lifetime warranty! read more

So dissatisfied with this business came here on a vacation and ended up sending my ring to get resized then to be sent to my local Kay Jewelers. A month goes by after being told numerous different excuses and still waiting on my ring. Was told this was going to take 1 1/2 weeks and was just notified my ring was delivered to the wrong store 8 hours away. read more

Yoshi is AMAZING! Actually the whole staff of the Spokane Valley Kay Jewelers are awesome! I was greeted almost immediately and even tho all staff were with customers, they still acknowledged me. I went in looking for a gift two different times. I mentioned to Yoshi the I likely wasn't buying that day but needed to think over the rings. He still took his time and showed me several within my budget. I ended up finding a beautiful ring on the Kay website that wasn't offered in the store. The pickup experience was efficient. As it was a gift and I didn't know the exact ring size, we took it in to be sized and Yoshi greeted us again, remembering everything about our previous weeks visit. He made my young daughter feel like a princess and ogled the ring. There were issues with the extended warranty setup, so he did it in store for us. He was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend Kay in the Valley!! We will definitely be doing any future jewelry purchases at that location! read more

I wish I could give this store no stars. I came in to resize a ring that I have a warranty on. My finger had gotten smaller and needed a smaller size. Well I dropped the ring off on July 22nd. I was told the ring would be ready for pickup on June 8th. I go in on the 8th to get the ring and was told FedEx hadn't delivered the ring yet. So I left with no ring on the 8th. I was then told to come back on the 10th because that's when they said it would be there. I go in on the 10th and IT STILL WAS NOT THERE. When I tried explaining to the employee that it is kind of an inconvenience to not have my ring (family event coming up that I wanted to be able to wear it) she interrupted me and started to giggle as if my problem with having no ring was a joke to her. Then she just walked away. I left AGAIN with no ring on the 10th. I was told to come back on the 13th and it should be there. Well I decided to call instead of drive down to not waste my time....well I thought calling wouldn't waste my time but I had to call 15 times before someone finally answered. When they finally answered I was immediately put on hold. I waited then when she came back she said "hello", well I was drinking some water and before I could answer she hung up on me. So I had to call back another 5 times before the same lady answered. When she answered I tried to explain to her that I did not want to be put on hold again and that someone (her) had previously hung up on me. While i'm trying to explain this to her she tried talking over me by raising her voice. Therefore I raised mine and almost started screaming because she kept trying to interrupt me. Finally I got my answer on my ring and it's status. So long story short, do not go to this Kay Jewelers. I cannot speak for all the other locations but definitely do not got to this one....unless you don't mind shitty customer service. read more

I got married in December and I needed to get my ring soldered and it was gonna take about a month... cool whatever right? I didn't want to be without my ring but I wanted my wedding band attached to my ring! I waited an entire month and when my husband finally got my ring, he noticed my wedding band was soldered on the top of my ring. (I have a pear shaped diamond) I lost my shit. The display ring doesn't even show the wedding band on the top of the pear shaped diamond. I could not believe my husband paid so much for a ring to have it come back less than perfect. I called to have them fix it and they told me it would be another month until I got it back and that was NOT acceptable. I was so upset. I didn't feel like I should have to wait for my ring to get fixed because it wasn't my fault it came back like that. I was VERY persistent in telling them that it will in fact not take an entire month to get it back and Gladys was the only one who actually listened to me. She is amazing. I would've taken my ring back if it weren't for her. She got the ring rushed there and back so it only took a week, not a month. She is the only reason why I'm giving Kay 3 stars. Oh and they told me my ring would be more brittle or whatever to get it fixed. They fucked my ring because they couldn't do their job right. But it's over now. I have my ring and I love it. read more
