She refused to size me saying that I was going to buy online, and talked down to my fiance like we were a couple of kids just trying on wedding bands. Accusing us of just using their "experience of 35 years" to make a purchase online. This is why shops fail. It is the total lack of customer service in this shop, not because online may have better prices. I will never ever stop in this store again!

Had a great experience at Kings Jewelry today. I needed to get my husband ring sized because he…read morelost weight and mine needed to have the Rhodium done. We have have a TLC warranty on our wedding rings. The first young man that helped us informed us that for our warranty to be valid that we needed to have our rings cleaned and inspected every 6 months. We were not aware of this. Since we had not done so our rings were not under warranty. We were a little shocked to say the least. The manager Tracey overheard our conversation and said she would come over and help us in a few mins. Tracey was great! She again explained the policy and said that she would do it half price. I was very relieved to here that because I shared with her that my husband and I had to drive 1 hour to get to this Kings because the one by our house had shut down which is why coming every 6 months was so hard for us. After Tracey heard how far we drove she did 2 things. She told us she would not charge us. Second she said we only have to come out 1 a year now instead of 6 months because of how far we drive. She did not have to do that, honestly would have been more than happy to pay the half. I am a manger in customer service so I can truly appreciate what Tracey did for us today. After all was said and done the young man who we started with also help us look at updating our rings. Thank you Tracey and Staff for the exceptional customer service.
