The salesman i work with is quite thorough in offering explanations on the quality of the jewelry they sell. He tells me of items to not invest in. As I do yearly I take my pieces in for both cleaning and inspection. My pieces are always warranted as long as I don't let any other jeweler tamper with them. Like most places this store is high end but payment plans can be arranged if you are interested in making a special purchase. There are many other wholesale jewelry stores in the Clark Building which is currently under renovation.
