I visited this store over the last two days trying to return some plants that were nearly a year…read moreold. I didn't have the receipt, and they had originally been purchased with a gift card, so I knew it was going to be a challenge. I have to give a huge shout-out to the ladies at Customer Service, especially Marina. They truly exhausted every possible option to help me. At one point, I accepted that I might just have to take the loss because I didn't think there was anything else they could do. Instead of giving up, they kept digging through their system like private investigators until they found my original receipt based on the purchase date! They were patient, understanding, flexible, and determined to help. While my friend and I were waiting, several other team members also stopped by to ask if we needed anything, which really showed how attentive and customer-focused the staff is. The customer service at this location is unmatched. Experiences like this are why I'll definitely be returning for future home improvement projects. We've placed orders from Lowe's, but this time getting to the products itself on-line was quite a challenge. The page kept kicking us out. Perhaps that's a sign, yet we didn't give up. We found success after the third try. (2.75 of 5) Delivery: FedEx delivered our goods. The delivery person was awesome. He had great manners, was professional, and make the transfer seem easy. This wonderful person did not present himself with distress even after picking up three heavy boxes from his truck to our doorstep. (5 of 5) Product: The items we ordered were just okay. The cushions were vacuumed-packed and did not fluff-up like advertised. As far as comfort level, we'd say these are nice for short periods of time. Personally, we feel they may not last very long, but that's on us for not going to check on the product and order only after seeing images of it. We're just glad we didn't pay through our nose for these products. (2.5 of 5) Overall, our experience this time was a 3.41
