Don't go Christmas tree shopping here unless you want to mix politics with the Christmas spirit! The owner is very verbal about his beliefs and opinions. He ruined the whole experience. We did notice not many people were there. Maybe he should remove the MAGA ballcap when greeting customers. read more

I couldn't believe how fast we found our Christmas tree! As soon as we walked towards the trees, there was our tree. All the trees are full, fresh and had a nice pine smell. The help was all around us and ready to help. This is our 3rd year and always had the best experience. Thank you, Jessica for really being so kind and helping us. Thank all the staff as well. We have gone to this same lot for several years. It seems Sid should call it quits. The service was so bad, if I didn't have other places I had to be, would have hust left. But I will never go here again, his bad attitude, telling me to hurry up, not going to load it I have to do it myself. wouldn't even cut some trunk off. All pissed off because of staffing issue and the fact it was windy. Thanks for completely ruining the entire Christmas tree experience for me and my family. Horrible experience. This was the first time purchasing a Christmas tree from Sid's. I spoke to a very helpful girl and then to the owner himself. I told him exactly what I wanted and arranged for it to be delivered. I haven't bought my tree just yet, but my experience here was very good! They're now located on Herndon and the 168. The trees are beautiful, they range from about 2ft- 10/12ft. The most expensive tree was about $200 (9+ ft). 8-10ft $160. And 6-8ft was $100. And the smaller trees varied in price. They also have flocked trees there. The lady that was there was very helpful and answered all my questions. read more

Most inexpensive trees nicely trimmed quality trees I have found with any sort of selection in Fresno they are located on Willow and Kings Canyon they're very nice tree mostly noble fir but do have some flocked trees and mixed Silvertip very small trees to 10 Footers. This is the second year I've gone here in a row and will probably continue on I still have a great selection even though it's the 12th of December and very affordable at about $29 a tree read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Owner was super rude and rushed us. The owner tried to argue with my wife because we had called the day before and asked if we could buy a bag to put over the tree and were told we could. On the day of we were then told that bags were for customers who buy a flocked tree. When we finally picked out a tree it was manhandled which caused the branches to mess up. Tall dude put a bowl on the tree but did it incorrectly. His whole position when placing the planks and bowl was awkward. The bottom was cut at an awkward angle and the nails were incorrectly nailed into the tree. When we were about to put the tree on the car it was super crooked and the guy tried to explain that that's just how the trees stand even though it was perfectly straight before he and the owner manhandled it. He then tried to instruct me on how to fix it... after I paid for the service and the bowl. He then tried to fix it which I found out later that he ended up bending the nails more into the tree which leads me to my next headache. And yes he bent them because I could hear them snapping. My wife and I had to manually remove the cheap plank, bowl and nails when we got our tree home because it just wouldn't stand up straight. Because the nails had been bent and placed incorrectly they were a nightmare to remove. We then had to go to Lowe's to buy a bowl stand because the one we were conned into was super crooked. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this lot. There's actually a place on Clovis and Olive that is actually better, cheaper and nicer. We were originally going to buy from there but we wanted to give this place a chance. We made a terrible decision. Do not do business here. Him and his employees don't care about quality but yet have the audacity to charge $100+ for trees. Also he was carelessly handling other people's credit cards. My wife and I witnessed people walking away without their cards because they had forgotten to give them back. read more

We were very pleased with the selection here especially given the shortage of Christmas trees right now. However, the customer service is what will keep us coming back again every Christmas...and we live in Visalia. The owners were very helpful and friendly. They were busy, but they still had patience (we were a little indecisive) and ultimately found us a tree we loved. They immediately got it ready to go for us and helped us get it into the truck. They even said "Thank you" which is kind of rare these days. They were knowledgeable about the trees and courteous and patient. We expect to be back next year. Thank you! read more

FOUND MY TREE, EVERYONE! This is my favorite time of the year and Christmas is probably my favorite holiday. I haven't always gotten real trees for Christmas but for the past 3 years that has been the case. I really appreciate the friendly service here. The folks here gave me enough time and space to browse, which is a huge plus in my eyes. Picking out a tree should be a positive experience and mine was just that. I didn't get my tree here last year, but I wish I came by to see the selection. - The prices here are pretty competitive. - Water buckets are an additional $8. - You can get your tree flocked here as well. Prices vary. I got a 6 1/2-7 ft Douglas, flocked. The price tag was $66. I thought the price was more than reasonable. I will definitely return next year. read more

Nobody helped us, really. We showed up during a time that wasn't busy at all and got zero service. The lady at the booth had an attitude and watched us the entire time like we were going to steal something. I had to carry the tree to the car myself and they didn't offer to wrap it or anything. They also nailed the bottom to the stand and it was difficult to remove to put it in water. I'm a huge proponent for supporting local businesses but this place made me wish I had gone to Home Depot. Wouldn't have given any star if possible. I picked a tree and asked for it to be flocked and paid for it. We were told to come back in 2 hours and we did but our tree hadn't been touched. They became upset & rude when we asked for a refund. They did not apologize what so ever. One man had the nerve to say it's not my fault. What a waste of my time, never again. read more

If your looking for a superior tree then this is the place for you. The crew is extremely helpful and informative. After my purchase they took the stand off, bagged the tree and loaded it and tied it down to my vehicle. They offer 3-4 different types of trees, all full of greenery and none with bald spots. For that extra wow factor they provide flocking at a price of $4 a foot. Will be coming here every year. Highly recommended! read more
