The owner's driveway is a turn around and also being widened due to construction on the property. Fast forward, after turning around and driving down the driveway my passenger back wheel caught a dip that was full of gravel and mud!!! I got stuck needless to say! My company was notified and said they would call AAA and get back to me with an ETA. 1 hour later, well, that didn't happen as there was all sorts of reasons, we couldn't get a tow for me. SMH I grabbed my phone looked for the nearest tow to help assist and Found Moerys!! This company is affiliated with AAA! BINGO!!! Amy answered and I explained what happened and said they could be there in 20 minutes. Well, my work was going back and forth for 2 hours with AAA. Yep I'm still waiting for them to call Moerys to get me out. Well after a few more agonizing moments of WTF I called the owner, He says "were still on hold with AAA". My reply was" I gave dispatch a number to tow company that can be here in 20 minutes, they work with AAA, the reply given was "give me their number." 45 minutes later Moerys was contacted, and they were on their way!!! Yes, they saved me from any more unnecessary time. From start to finish and incompetent handling I got home about 11pm. A BIG SHOUT OUT for the compassion and understanding of Amy and her crew!! I was towed from a "Business Patrons, 1 hour" section on a Saturday night. Businesses were closed…read more(except for the pizza spot), very few cars in the lot. I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.

This scummy shop was called by 911 to tow my car…read moreafter a crash on an icy road and when the driver showed up he got my car out of the road and took it around 20 miles back to his shop. I was told the cost would be $200 plus $7 a mile but when I got the bill I was charged $500 for towing and $500 for roadside assistance which they told my insurance was for winching. This place is a scam and everyone who works here should be ashamed.
