I said "we" because it happened with 2 different customers with the same situation like me while I came there. Today, I had to leave before I got a massage, because the staff took so long to resolve another customer issue, same kind of issue. The staff, manager on the phone, and customers argued against each other. "This problem can be an easy fix. If customers buy the packet of 4 massages get 1 free, the staff just need to hand out 5 gift certificates. Problem solved!" Instead of taking 15-30 mnts just to clear out the misunderstanding. She asks a lot of questions to ensure you get the best experience. She is also gentle and very professional. Her suite is located inside Sola Salons suites. It is small, but cozy and clean. She has a bench that opens up to store your belongings and the massage table is heated and very comfortable. While getting your massage, the atmosphere is very relaxing and you enjoy gentle spa music. The only thing I would warn about is that from time to time you can hear the conversations of the other suite tenants/businesses and customers. And my insurance said they don't have a deductible and secondly, they don't have a time clause of any appts. I received a call back and the guy apologized and said, "oh, that wasn't supposed to be on your statement"...... I went for a walk in for a 30min massage and the guy was super rough and started pounding all over my back and lower body as well as pushing directly on my spine almost doing joint mobs which they are not licensed to do, I'm a PTA who has been trained on this stuff and they could really injure someone. While I did ask for a full body massage, touching my butt without asking is super inappropriate. The other thing is there is no intake form. All legit massage places need to know your health history and any injuries or surgeries. While this is "cheap" it's not worth it for potential further injury.
