I was able to stop by that day and purchase the ring from Dorian who was friendly and helpful. While I was there they cleaned a couple of my rings and they turned out so nice and shiny! My new ring needed to be sized and it was promised to be ready in one week. I received a text that it was ready a couple days early so I was excited to get my new ring. While picking up my new ring I decided to have another ring sized that was my mother's and I had been wearing it although it was two sizes too big. That was also ready before the promised date. Next I will be taking in my mom's wedding bands and having those taken care of (build up the setting of the diamond) as they have never seen a jeweler. I have found my new jeweler!

However, the patek store is not listed separately here on Yelp I scheduled a service appointment ahead of time prior to arriving at the store because that was required even for a battery change. Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him. I must say unfortunately this trip was not for shopping. It was for a family celebration. I will say if I do ever have to get my watch serviced again I will definitely come back here. Flying to Atlanta from Chicago is barely 2 hours and not expensive at all. And getting to this location is super easy right outside of the city. I wish I had more time during this visit.
