First time here...As I entered there were 2 customers ahead of me. I was looking to shop for diamond earrings. Specifically the halo diamonds. There were so many beautiful diamonds but I love the halo look. Fortunately they had a sale! Yay! This particular pair was priced $249. 1/2 carat... Mohamed was horrible. This was the first time I was trying on engagement rings to see what I like and he kept trying to run our credit to buy a ring when we kept telling him we were just looking. It became very overwhelming and HE wanted to get an attitude like WE weren't the customers. Lucky Donna took over and finished helping us with no pressure. read more

My sister and I came here to get our ears pierced as a Christmas present this year. We originally had an appointment at Claire's that did not happen. After reading online views, I am glad they were on lunch break. We ended up looking online to find somewhere else to go. We learned that Kay also offered ear piercing a few hundred feet away. We were greeted upon entering and joined the line to have our ears pierced. We filled out the paper and showed our IDs. They have 12 options and sell them by the pair. Prices for ones without real Diamonds were between $60 and $85, I think. They cleaned our ears, marked them, and adjusted the dots to our liking. The lady that was helping us was kind and sincere. We are so happy with the piercings! Hopefully I can afford to buy some beautiful jewelry here in the future as well! I have been visiting this store for years and been helped by many. Most of the time everyone is friendly. It almost always is at least a 20 to 30 minutes a visit to get my jewelry inspected and cleaned. Mohammad had helped me a few times and is always friendly and willing to answer questions and take time showing me different things. My husband and I recently purchased new wedding sets and he was very helpful. read more

I would and could say read the Kay's review below because I received the exact same service at two different locations. After I bounced back from the horrible customer service the day before I decide to stop by the Kay's near my favorite Ulta store (Simply because I didn't know Jared also sales the open heart necklaces that my mom wants so badly). I decide to sass it up a bit and throw on a brown and yellow polka dot sun dress (thinking I have yet to be overlooked in polka dots) I walk in the store and never once receive a hi, hello, one moment, screw you and get the 'f' out of our store...nothing. I find what I'm looking for in the display case. There are 2 sales reps that are helping people so I wait. In walks a couple...the sales rep says "Hello, I'll be right with you"..wtf happened to helping me?! In walks another lady "Hello, I'll be right with you" as soon as he wraps up the couple he runs over to help this lady and never gives me the time of day. I walk up to him he says "oh, how can I help you"..I ask for the number to the corporate office. He asks if there is a problem. **Insert sarcasm** "Oh no there isn't a problem I was only standing over there waiting to be helped for about 20 minutes." He says there is only 2 people working, I advise him that it didn't seem to be a problem when he overlooked me to help the other 2 people that came into the store after me. I continue tell him that this is the second "Kay's" location that has completely overlooked me and I can't believe that this is a common practice with a company that claims to be the #1 jeweler. I WILL never shop Kay's again!! And I have every intention of calling the corporate office to express my disguist with their stores and the idiots they employ!!! read more

I am extremely saddened and disappointed in this establishment. My father goes to Kay jewelers all the time and In February 2019 he dropped of my grandfathers ring for repair. While in their care, the ring was lost. The Snellville, ga store called my Father in March to inform him it was lost in transit along with numerous other customers merchandise. They wanted to give him $1200 store credit with lack of consideration for sentimental value. Store credit for a ring that can never be replaced?! That ring was my Grandfathers for years and when he died, he left everything to my father, including that ring. Now from trusting this company, we may never see it again. read more

Every time I come to this location I'm here for at least thirty minutes. It doesn't matter how many associates are in the store. It still takes forever. Unfortunately, it's the closest location to my house. Three associates right now, and still waiting. I am at their mercy because I come in to get my jewelry checked for a warranty, so I have no choice but to wait. I will never purchase a new piece of jewelry from here ever again, and I will let everyone know to not waste their time either. So disappointing. Kay Jewelers has been around for a long time. You would think customer service would be a priority. The associate that did help for part of my transaction was kind. It's too bad she couldn't complete everything. read more

Worst shopping experience that I've had in a long while.Hopefully this review will keep others from dealing with the most incompetent and deceitful store in the Snellville area. My wife and I purchased wedding bands from Kay without a problem 15 months ago for our wedding 7/2012. I came back 6/2013 to purchase another wedding band for my wife for our 1 year anniversary so that she would have two symmetrical bands and the engagement ring. I brought my receipt from a year ago and asked the associate to pull up the previous order and to order another women's band for my wife. I then explained the above to her while she plugged this into the system . I even joked about making sure not to order a male band since I didn't need a second one. She placed the order and said it would take a month to receive it. Fast forward to last weekend. I returned to the store to pick up the ring. She had ordered a men's ring. I asked the associate on hand to double check for me as the previous person that placed the order assured me that she was ordering a band for my wife. Nothing. She searched through the inventory to see if there was another ring for my wife in stock. The computer showed that there was, however neither the associate nor another associate that she asked to help her could find it. By this time a manager had come from the back to help. I then asked the manager if the same ring was available at a local store. She searched the inventory and told me that this particular ring was not available at any GA store at this time. I asked her how long it would take to custom order this on a rush and get it to the store, and she said it would take about a week and a half. I found this unacceptable as our anniversary was less than a week away and left after getting my money back. Here's where the deceitful part comes in. After my lackluster experience at the Snellville store, I went to the Kay at Northpoint mall to re-order the ring in hopes that they would get it right the first time. I gave the associate my receipt from last year, and she pulled up the previous order. She said that not only did they currently have the ring in the correct size in stock, but that they also had about half a dozen in their inventory as well. THE MANAGER AT THE SNELLVILLE BRANCH INTENTIONALLY LIED TO ME TO GET ME TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM KNOWING THAT IT WOULDN'T ARRIVE IN TIME FOR MY ANNIVERSARY AND DESPITE SCREWING UP MY ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE. I bought the ring from Northpoint Mall, voiced my displeasure with them about the Snellville branch, and went on my way. DO NOT SHOP AT THE SNELLVILLE BRANCH. The staff and management ONLY care about making the sale and reaping in the commission. They don't care at all about customer satisfaction or double checking the accuracy of orders, and the manager doesn't care one bit about lying to paying customers even after making huge mistakes. I will take all future business to the Northpoint branch or to a different company that values their reputation and integrity. read more
