Now I have a place I can go to when I don't have time to do it myself. Everyone who tried them loved them- including a friend who was a chef in New Orleans. Of the three burritos, it was honestly hard to choose a favorite because each one was so different in taste. The star of the show for me though was the tortillas. The tortillas were toothsome and were grilled to perfection. Both were incredibly fresh and hot. The ingredients stand out, they are very fresh and you can taste the difference in their quality, the bread for the sandwich was toasted but still very soft and airy which I loved, no seed oils and they use in season veggies to stuff the burrito and sandwich, along with some bacon, cheese and eggs (sourced from the French laundry's supplier). I highly recommend trying them out if you happen to stumble upon them at one of the farmer's markets they pop up at you won't be disappointed.
