While I understand contractors may be busy, a simple update or message stating they couldn't take the job would be preferred over being ghosted. Our primary goal was to convert the bathtub to a walk-in shower for safety reasons since we're a retired couple. But they worked with us to help us realize a total overhaul of the entire bathroom and we're so happy with how everything turned out! Though the project only involved a single room, it required the services of numerous trades--demo, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, cabinetry, countertops, and tiling. Kimo had the different workers coming sequentially with seamless coordination and they all performed their roles with the highest standards of professionalism. We did encounter a couple of unexpected challenges along the way but with good communication we were able to get them resolved efficiently without incurring any up-charges.
