I'm so thankful for the way this outage was handled and so glad I chose Larson Air Conditioning to this day to handle my home comfort needs. A big thank you also to Cheyenne who was also always extremely pleasant to deal on the phone during my many calls while dealing with this rather stressful event. Last time (a couple years ago), Flores also showed up quickly and repaired our unit, was so helpful and did a great job accommodating our budget as best as he could. Both experts felt safe and professional. I will only use Kris at KB A/C and Heating from here out. He was polite, professional and had fair pricing. He explained to me what was going on and how I could take better care of my A/C system to avoid more frequent visits than necessary. How many can say that about their A/C tech?! Background information: Called their emergency service number because our 2 YEAR OLD A/C unit hasn't been working, clearly they installed a used unit instead of a new one. To make matters worse, we have an infant in a home that is overheating so we called their emergency number at 9am and were told they would get back to us within 30 minutes. 5 hours later... and after numerous phone calls and text messages requesting an update, we finally heard back that they would be unable to help us until the following day ("assuming ALL their techs don't call in AGAIN," said NATHAN). NATHAN suggested we get a hotel that they "of course" would not pay so our infant wouldn't overheat. He then asked me, "why would we pay for that?" like I was a complete idiot for wondering if they would compensate us for their lack of emergency services and reliable technicians for a product that was under warrantee. I also asked him if he was available to come out and he told me he didn't have the parts he needed in his truck. No wonder he doesn't have reliable techs, as a leader he is not reliable. Clearly this was upsetting, and NATHAN decided to end the call by saying all he could do was send someone else out tomorrow, again "assuming his techs didn't call out again, and that I should be nice to them when they are there." So we called DESERT DIAMOND AIR and they said they would send someone out immediately. Do yourself a favor and use another company for your home heating and cooling needs. You'll save yourself some peace of mind.

Good luck trying to get them to come out to do the maintenance that you paid for. Year 1 they canceled us twice and then said they couldn't come out for the seasonal checkup (that we paid for) because it's their "busy" season. Then they told us, "don't worry about it though because your systems are new." Furious. So year 2 we scheduled them 6 months in advance and we let them choose what date to do the service work. We take time off work today because we have to be home for them to come. We confirm that they will be here earlier in the week. We CONFIRM they will be here the night prior. Here we sit waiting and we get a text message - your service has been canceled. We call and ask why and the person that answered the phone said, "I dunno, I'm just the scheduler." We ask to reschedule - guess what, it's their busy season they can't guarantee when someone can come out. This is a service we paid for and can't get. Very unprofessional.

I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off. When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter. I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did. Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps. He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future. I like honest people.
