My son initially discovered this spot when randomly picking up some breakfast. The breakfast platters are awesome, it's now our go to spot!

KB used to be my go to spot before work for an egg Sammy. I changed jobs but then moved into the neighborhood a few years later and thought to myself "GREAT! I can start eating KB again".... Let me start by saying the egg sandwiches from here aren't bad. They are your above average deli egg sandwich.... The people who work here and the service is where the score really takes a hit. When I moved into the hood I would frequent here 2-3 times a week and became somewhat of a regular. They have some crazy battle with the bagel store located next store and they advertise "half price breakfast items" I would order the same thing every day 2 eggs, cheese, ham, bacon on a roll. It became my go to order and I really enjoyed it. I knew the food wasnt the best but for $3.67 it was totally passable.... This is where I ran into a problem with the people who work there. I would always deal with the same people (I'm pretty sure it was two brothers) one was larger and the other a smaller guy. I came in and out instead of my usual I ordered a "hungry man" which is literally exactly what I would always order with ONE MORE EGG. When it came time to pay he tried charging me $8.50. That's almost five dollars more because I wanted one more egg. I pointed out the sign of half price breakfast posted out front and he told me "that's only for build your own sandwiches not the menu items"..... So lets get this straight.... If I come in and piece items together vs. just saying the same thing only in menu item form I will pay more than double..... Alright I'll play your game deli man. So I told him just gimme my usual and scrap the hungry man (the only difference being the one egg). So this guy shouts at the cook "he can't afford it and doesn't want it".... First off I did want it but I'm not going to allow you to rip me off to get it. Second I want everything except the one extra egg you pompous fool. Long story short I got my egg sandwich pieced together for 5 dollars less than the highway robbery job they tried pulling on me and theyve lost my business for good. Like I said the food isn't bad but for 1.50 more you can eat at a place where the people have some sense of customer service and loyalty. I hope he reads this review (he probably won't) but you've earned this one buddy. read more

Stuck between a 2 and a 3, I'll be generous. When the order is correct the food is ok, its a small deli and there is nothing I say "I've gotta have that." The place is convenient. 2 particular incidents contributed to my score here. First, there is a big sign out front that says Free Coffee with a breakfast sandwich. The guy charges me and I remind him. He proceeds to say "I'll check that out and then charges me." You say it's no big deal... $1 right? I agree and as a customer, I feel like if you care, you give the free coffee and fix your signage. Second, my friend orders eggs, hashbrowns and something else. Obviously a separate breakfast order. Cooks take the liberty to put it all on a sandwich. It was already a fairly long wait, but this delayed us more. Bottomline, you want to spend your money at a place where you think people appreciate it and pay attention. This reflects about 50% of my visits here. Other 2 times were.... well, normal. read more

Divey Deer Park burger joint/ deli that makes some seriously good stuff. Some things posted on the menu displayed in the place such as waffle fries and Jamaican patties are not available. Make sure you have their updated menu. Ordered the burger deluxe with sautéed onions and though I wasn't a fan of the fries, the burger was delicious. They have a good selection of deli sandwiches as well which are big and pretty stacked. The sweet potato fries are very good as well. The man behind the counter was very nice and prices are a great value for the quality and quantity. Great place for take out and highly recommended. read more

When I walked in I already had low expectations. There was such an odd smell and it was small. However I thought maybe it was better than it looked. I got a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel tasted stale, with very little cream cheese. For a place advertising bagels on the building I expected a little more. Definitely will not be back. A great little affordable deli that I found when in need of a quick breakfast on the run. The price was crazy good for a whole wheat wrap with eggs, bacon, and cheese. And it was fresh and fast, made before my eyes, delivered by a friendly guy. It also included a large coffee! Great little find for this area. read more

I gave up months ago with this place. They were closed more than they were opened making me waste time and gas back and forth and this went on for months! One day I went there at 7 am when to see if maybe they would be opened instead of 6 am and the guy FRANK one of the owners was in there behind the counter, doors locked looking down at his phone (and he knows me) I tapped on the window to find out maybe he would open even if I had to wait and he NEVER even looked at me and just waved his finger slowly back and forth a gesture that he's not open! NO KIDDING! LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON The bagel place next door is open when he should be and closes when he should not like these 3 clowns! JOE is the name remember me? That's why you lost my business forever!!! BTW, clean those filthy coffee pots! I guarantee the water shower head where the filter goes in is BLACK with residue like the Ace Of Spades! Ordered the burger and fries.. thought it tasted funny, so I lifted the bun and to my surprise there was a huge dead cricket / bug thing the size of a baby carrot sitting atop the beef patty. Will never return here. read more

THIS PLACE IS GROSS. this deli is close to my job so we used to order from here. i have gotten sandwiches and salads with avocado from there and it would come brown. it was disgusting so i asked them to not put avocado on my food if it wasnt good they would say its fresh and same shit. so we stopped ordering from them, but then i tried again today hoping they stepped their game up and i got a half pound of macaroni salad that tasted spoiled and the meat on my sandwich was so dry.I just wasted $14 on food i threw in the trash. they obviously dont care about serving FRESH food to their customers read more

Decided to get takeout for lunch on a Saturday. I ordered a bacon burger with fries. Burger was large, homemade, fresh, and delicious. Fries were crispy and light, and a generous proportion. Excellent price, also. I'm definitely going to explore the rest of their menu. read more

I recently ordered a Mozzarella Delight Sandwich hand written wanting it with Avocado & cucumber and faxed it for them to deliver. When I received the sandwich they didn't add avocado or cucumber nor the bread was toasted. As it states in the Menu it comes on a toasted rye bread. So they really need to step up their game. When I called to tell them they didn't add those things, they offered me to get $2 off your next sandwich rather than making a new one and sending it. I wasted $8 on a sandwich that wasnt even that great. So yeah, I'm very pissed. read more

Awful, just awful. When I called to make a delivery they told me it would be at most 30 minutes so I was very surprised about that and I was looking forward to the the food. Then I get a call about an hour and 15 minutes later and it was the delivery guy. Telling me he cannot find my address, so I give him very detailed instructions on how to get to my house. 10 minutes later he calls me back telling me he will no longer be coming to my house due to the fact he cannot find my house..
