The peach was refreshing and perfectly blended, while the passion fruit had a great balance of sweetness and citrus. My dad loved his watermelon margaritas as well. For dinner, I ordered the chicken enchiladas, which were flavorful, comforting, and cooked perfectly. My dad had the shrimp enchiladas and couldn't stop talking about how good they were. My husband ordered the chicken skillet along with a shrimp taco and a fish taco, and every bite was a hit. It's rare for every single dish at the table to impress, but Mesita pulled it off. Of course, we couldn't leave without dessert, and the churros were the perfect ending to an incredible meal--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served warm. The service was friendly, attentive, and helped make the entire experience even better.
