I bring my TESLA MODEL Y PERFORMANCE have flat tire repair. I asked if they used "lift pucks" for Tesla. Young man said "of course! we are professional service!"......and they charge $50 for a bacon strips instead of the plug and patch. Average shop will charge $40~45 for a similar service, i don't really care that few dollars difference as long as they do a good job. When it almost finish, I paid with Zelle $100 for 2 holes. After payment, i went outside the repair bay waiting for my car to be lower to the ground. GUESS WHAT!? there are no jack pucks what so ever, they LIE!! when i went back to my work, i take a look, i see the scratch and bent/dent around the chassis / frame !!!! i called them back right away, and they wants me bring it back to make sure it cause by their repair.....and told me just dent and scratch, no worry, no big deal!! They try to BS me and try to denied everything! Also when they put wheel back, they only used air compressor drive, i ask them what the torque spec for it, he answered 100 lbs......WTF?! TESLA cleared list is 129 lbs, i went to other place they also say 129lbs, it listed every where on internet. The repair guy said that way too high can not be true! Come on ......you call yourself a professional "TESLA" repairs ? i know more than you are as a DIY home garage guy. you don't even can left a car correctly and lying about your service quality? Shame on you and i would like to see how you get my issue resolve before I tell more people about this terrible experience i had. if you have a TESLA, bring somewhere else, not here @ KB MOTOR. This auto repair shop is absolutely ridiculous! They tried to charge me $50 just to add air to my tires! I told them it was too expensive since other shops only charge $3. They claimed they use "original parts" and insisted on doing an inspection and maintenance. I told them I only needed air for my tires and nothing else, but they still said it would be $50. This is unbelievable--I've never heard of paying $50 just for tire inflation! read more

They install some crappy brake shim resulting my brake squeal like pigs being slaughtered. Every time I brake I am embarrassed as people look on. Took it to another shop they found the problem was the brake shim. Replaced with oem the noise went away. While at it I had whole brakes replaced with OEM brake pads and rotors. I wasted the old set of brakes less than 8 months. The parts this place uses is low quality. Btw, the business has been sold to new owners. read more

Not sure how authentic the reviews are. KB Motors has got to be one of the worst places to have work done on your vehicle. I made an appointment a week prior for a Saturday morning to get my breaks done. When I arrived I had to sit waiting for three hours the Owner Ken had not ordered the parts. After giving me a quote and after waited for the parted to arrive he came back to tell me he was going to have to change me more. Four hours later he jacked up my car and changed my breaks, the break job only took 45 minutes yet he charged me for two hours of labor. Mind you this was just to change the Pads his prices were far more expensive then other places he changes more for parts then a dealer. Not to mention after leaving my breaks were skewing. I would "not" recommend KB Motors to anyone please check around before considering KB Motors. read more

I took my car them to diagnose the problem without telling them what I thought was wrong. He told me the problem and he said you should have replaced. I said I did, with you 6 months ago! "Oh, really" he replies. He said bring in the invoice and we will take a look at it. That's exactly what they did. Another trip, looked at it and did not fix a thing. He didn't even diagnose the problem. He told me I should be "appreciative" of what he is doing for me. I should appreciate the fact that he didn't fix my car right the first time and have to make 3 extra trips after to get the job done right. He cannot even speak English so there is a huge language barrier in addtion to being completely rude and not having any consideration for his customers.
