H&R Springs with OEM 20" 5 ArmTitanium wheels.

This is my 4th time going to Albert @ TWS and they did not disappoint. Great service and very knowledgable on wheels and fitment. Recently got H&R springs installed on my C7 A6 and it's driving nicely. Before this visit I had alignments and suspension installs on my E46 M3 (coilovers), E92 335 (coilovers) and B8 S4 (springs).

Getting my wedssport 72r aligned and fender shave to get rid of rubs. Sitting on 18x9.5/ +45 with continental tire 255/40/18

Extremely happy with Tommy and Alberts service! Very quick and knowledgable for a fender shave and wheel alignment! Extremely reasonable with the price and heck he was soo busy with high end cars in his shop waiting for a service like an m3, mercedes, audi a4, and a porsche! Definitely be coming back for future services! They're definitely knowledgeable and real with their services and shows true quality work.

Ambiance 4/5 Service requested 5/5 They are thorough, they always measure all 4 tires with their "zebra hand held" , checking on your thread wear. If They get their job done here. I LOVE, just absolutely love their tire protection certificates. You pop and get a free one replaced! (Just gotta buy the certificates again on the free replacements) The staff is very informative and factual, vs just trying to upsell you. I somehow ordered the wrong load and speed tires and the staff helped me correct and just pay the difference when I ordered them wrong online. Their computer system flags if it is a mismatch or wrong specs! Phew! I would have bought some cheaper tires and they would have wear out way faster since the wrong tires I got can't handle the EV weight of the car. I've been here over 10+ years and will continue to be their loyal guest. Restrooms are clean Coffee and water are available at the back side of the waiting area!

When I called, the associate was very helpful and was even able to add my vehicle as checked in which helped with immensely with my time frame. Check in was easy when I arrived, and they finished my vehicle in the time promised. However, I had to turn back after I had already left because they did NOT give me back my car wheel lock key. No only was it annoying to have to circle back and park but the also didn't check. If they're detailed professionals they wouldn't have given my wheel lock key to another, similar vehicle. Also I had to stop another associate to ask him to verify they this key truly is mine and fits my wheel locks. He was nice enough to assist. The last bit came a week later when I got my car serviced. My mechanic shop mentioned a tire balance and rotation notification on my dash. I informed them that I had just taken my car for two new tires so all that should have already been taken care of. Still, I said where they could find my wheel lock key in case they needed to perform the service. The mechanic shop ended up calling me to tell me they indeed had to rotate my tires because my two newest should've been placed up front, but they were not. I do not plan to return to this Industry location if I can hep it. I've never had any of these concerns at the West Covina or Glendora locations, and I've been a customer for over 20 years

La Puente Tires - These employees changing my breaks and make my interior so dirty!

La Puente Tires

(298 reviews)

*LONG READ, BUT A TRUTHFUL AND DEFINITIVE REVIEW*…read more "You never get a second chance to make a good first impression" is a common saying that applies to many aspects of life, especially in business. Unfortunately, my first (and definite last) impression of La Puente Tires was atrocious. My experience was full of red flags. Notably, the reception is rude, their practices seem suspect, and their service is mediocre at best. That day, my tire was flat, and I noticed a nail in it. I called AAA, and the driver who aided me recommended a nearby tire shop that offered cheap services: La Puente Tires. Excitedly, I drove over, pulled in, and parked. Because it was my first time there, I walked into the reception area where I was greeted by... no one. I saw a large woman in yellow sitting and approached her, asking if I could have my tire patched. She said, somewhat exhaustedly, to pull in front of the reception building, then pull in to a free spot in front of the repair area. Her tone put me off because when another customer (most likely a regular) arrived, she treated them exponentially differently. However, for the most part, I brushed this interaction off. After I parked at the open spot, one of the men signaled that I wasn't supposed to be parked there, and they seemed confused. This was the first red flag: the reception and repair had no communication, and the mistake was placed on me. So, I drove back to the waiting area. While I was waiting, I checked their reviews and saw they were polarizing. The reviews I had a chance to glance at were either extremely negative (one-star) or glowing (five-star). That was the second red flag I noticed. When it was finally my turn, the woman condescendingly told me to park next to a truck in front of the repair area. After I told the repairman I needed my tire patched, he quickly went to work, which was amazing. I quietly observed how the repairmen worked, and it seemed impressive as everyone worked on something, and the overall atmosphere felt upbeat. It was pleasant until I noticed some of the signs they had posted. One sign in particular was unusual. It stated that they were not responsible for any damage done to your tire during their service. This doesn't make sense because this is a tire shop, and they work intimately with your tire, and mistakes are bound to happen. Also, when I looked more closely, I saw they handle the tires haphazardly. So that was the third red flag in my mind. The fourth red flag occurred when the repairman started talking to me about my tire. A worker waved me over and told me that they couldn't fix my tire. The reasoning they gave me was, "[My] tire was bad," as they pointed to the hole in my tire where the nail had been. I accepted this answer because of the language barrier between the worker and me; however, when I asked again, he flagged a couple of workers who spoke English to explain it. They reiterated that my tire was "bad" and had "low air," while pointing to the hole the nail had left. Obviously, if you pull the nail out of the tire, it will begin to hemorrhage air pressure. So, yet again, I asked *why* my tire was bad, and they started pushing a used tire or a new one on me. I promptly refused, so they put my clearly flat tire back onto my car to show some evidence that my tire was "bad." It was clear that I wasn't amused, so the repairman finally patched my tire. While he was doing so, I asked once more why my tire was bad, but I never got an answer. Instead, he was exchanging glances with another customer and laughing. The actual patching of my tire took around 2 minutes, and at the end, the repairman pulled out a translator and explained that he thinks I should get my tire changed. During the duration of me pulling up to the spot in front of the repair area, the 15 or so minutes I stood waiting while they did whatever on my tire, to the 2 minutes it actually took to patch my tire, I never got the answer as to why my tire was "bad." I then went back to the reception area, where the repairman explained something to the large woman, and I paid my $20. She also reiterated that my tire is bad and that I have to get it replaced, without ever explaining why. Before I left, the woman sitting to the large woman's right kindly offered to get pricing on new tires, but I declined. While I was driving home, I called my dad to ask about my tire situation. He came home, examined all my tires, and gave me a genuine reason as to *why* my tire needed to be replaced. The entire process with my dad took 5 minutes. If my dad could explain it to me so simply and concisely, why couldn't the *actual* repairmen do so as well? Ultimately, I rated this tire shop a 1/5 stars because it's the lowest I could and they *did* patch my tire as I asked. The overall unprofessional manner of the repairmen and receptionist, and the other reasons I mentioned, made my experience one I wish never to have again.

This is now my 2nd time and they were consistent with pricing and work I called, got quoted, checked-in, drove up, and got serviced immediately. You can always ask them questions before they do work to make sure everything is expected. I never had issues with their work. They have a small area for waiting (4-5 seats?) with a lot of the owner's hobbies from sports to pop culture. I asked them to replace one of my beadlock tires that I'd slashed off-roading, and since the tire was already coming off the wheel, I asked them to add Counteract balancing beads. Simple. When they finally told me the truck was ready (after waiting way too long for one tire), I went out in the rain to check it -- and the tire was the same exact tire I'd brought in, same cut and all. They had literally thrown the beads into the old, damaged tire and remounted it. I pointed it out. They apologized. I asked them, for the trouble, to go ahead and put the Counteract beads in the other three tires and said I'd pay them $100 for the work. They agreed. But the Counteract bags come with the vortex valve core, cap, and flow-through valve -- all needed for the system to work properly. They threw those parts away and didn't install any of them. The next morning I checked and confirmed none of the proper components were installed. And here's the kicker: they somehow lost three of the four valve caps from my Bronco Raptor. They replaced them with tiny, cheap caps that barely cover the tip of the valve stem. On a Raptor that goes off-road -- dirt, water, mud, everything flying up -- you need the full-size caps to protect the valve assembly. Now I'm rolling around with three undersized caps and one original, because they misplaced the rest. Just unreal. I drove away, the truck shook like crazy -- obviously not balanced -- because these guys have no idea how to balance beadlock wheels. I went back, they scrambled for nearly an hour trying to find the pieces they tossed. One of the guys, Jorge Salinas, gave me his cell number and said he'd get the missing parts in a day or two. It's been days. Haven't heard a thing. Don't expect to. At this point, they can keep the parts they threw away. I'll just remount and balance the tires myself properly. Bottom line: You get what you pay for. These guys do not know how to balance beadlock wheels, and in my opinion have no business doing suspension work, lift kits, or anything requiring actual skill or precision. This was easily the most incompetent tire shop I've dealt with in Southern California. If you care about your vehicle, steer clear -- because whatever you get done here, you'll probably end up paying someone competent to redo later.
