I broke down on the highway in my BMW M6, which is very low to the ground. They told me that they would be to meet in about 30 minutes. to my surprise 15 minutes later, they called me to check on me to make sure I was OK. When he told my car, I was sure that the front of the car was going to scrape when it went up on his flatbed . However, he took extra measures to make sure it did not.. on the way back to the repair shop I drove back with the gentleman and we had an amazing conversation. He made me feel comfortable and safe. My car wouldn't start in a store parking lot. I called Fishhawk towing. I was so excited when Tito arrived in under 15 minutes. He looked at my car only visually and told me a dead battery was the problem. I had thought bad starter. He jumped car and had me out of there in minutes. waited for me and followed me a few minutes to make sure no problems.
