From that bridal store, I went to straight to Google and searched for 'bridal store near me', and started going through the reviews and pictures! I was immediately blown away by the pictures of dresses I saw at Love Couture Bridal, so I immediately gave them a call, briefly explained my situation and asked them if they took walk-ins - and they told me to head on over!! Fast forward - I literally cannot BEGIN to tell you how I went from feeling overwhelmed and panicked, to completely calm and at ease!!! And that was ALL thanks to the AMAZING team at Love Couture Bridal; especially Lauren!!! From the minute I walked in, Lauren sat me down and explained what my options were given that my wedding was 5 DAYS AWAY!!! Yes... 5 days !! I described what I was hoping for in terms of styles, gave her my size and within 15 minutes she had at least 10 dresses pulled and ready for me to try on. Did I need to try on all 10? No - literally after trying on the second dress both my mum and I were in tears because it was evident that that was THE dress for me!!! After choosing the dress (or perhaps it was the dress choosing me), I was taken to another fitting room where Celeste (one of their AMAZING seamstresses), worked with my mother and I to go through what was needed in terms of the fitting. The level of attention to detail, and the kindness that was shown by Lauren and Celeste was absolutely AMAZING!!! My mother and I had a difference of opinion on how low the cut should be with my dress - and Celeste listened to us both and found an amazing middle ground!! After paying for the dress I was told to come back two days later for the final fitting - and I literally could not have been more in awe!!! My step-dad rarely gives out praise, but when he does, you know it's gonna be good. So when he said that he found the best tailor in town, I knew he was on to something. And he was right! My experience here was excellent. Pervin was so accommodating and kind, despite my frantic and stressed out demeanor. She also suggested that I get the waist of my dress tighter, which was a great suggestion and made my dress look much better on me. In my experience, it is hard to find a good tailor that provides consistent and clean work in a timely manner. I promise that once you go here, you won't want to go anywhere else. From the moment we entered the shop, we were greeted warmly and felt welcome. Our salesperson could not have been more patient and helpful as we considered the many options. The clothing options were just beautiful, and the quality of the material was obvious, but it was the fabulous customer service that left such an impression on us. I had plenty of time to find other veils but I wanted the one they had so I figured 2-5 weeks was plenty of time to hear back and receive my product.
