Zach was with us on both ends and showed pride in the job he does, the leadership he showed and the respect of peers, property and the clients. Zach was incredibly patient with my handicapped 80 year old mother too! He kept checking to make sure we were good as moving is a stressful event. Daniel on the other end was also amazing! When my mom said she wouldn't have wanted to make the move with anyone else but Zach and his team, that says it all! It makes me sad to hear a previous post with an opposing experience but I had to post this because Zach, Sam, Justin, Thomas, and Daniel did a fantastic job. We had a couple of others involved in this great experience but these were the real standouts! The prized possessions, antiques all came in great condition and place where we wanted it. We only sent big and bulky furniture with them & not any personal boxes we had packed and had thrown in our vehicle. Our move was handled with care and we were even under our binding contract weight and received a small refund. They were not the cheapest or most expensive estimate we received so we felt the estimate for what had to be done was of decent value. Again, irreplaceable and very fragile items were delivered with care in the same condition as it was when picked up and put on the truck. Our truck was sealed in front of me and opened in front of me. Everything arrived safely!!!!

So although they tell you a price and can have an estimate, you don't really know who is taking your shipment at the end of the day. But that doesn't matter anyways because if you have a claim you're going to get sent directly to The most disrespectful general manager you will ever encounter in your life. They will avoid your calls. Tell you some fictitious person is calling you back and at the end of the day they'll offer you five dollars for damage worth 1000. It doesn't stop there. They have multiple fake locations that are actually just Virtual offices. If you live in Charlotte, expect to pay an hour travel time each way even if you're five minutes from the office. Because guess what it's fake. They have an infestation in their portable storage units, which are not kept in a warehouse just outside in the hot hot sun or very cold. I would never recommend these to anybody. They're not climate controlled. If you have an experience, that's very bad the owner will disappear and never return your call. He's not involved.
