I have a friend visiting over the holidays who drives a large box truck. I was desperate to find a place to park it for less than one month. Public storage accommodated me at an extremely fair price! They were responsive and efficient. I was impressed with the online registration process. All I had to do was enter the gate code that was provided after my payment and go to my space. It was an outside uncovered space and it was difficult to locate but fortunately there was an employee in the office who quickly responded and helped us find the spot. I would highly recommend public storage to anyone who needs long or short term storage! read more

I've rented here twice and they have great customer service. The space and access was perfect for our needs. I would rent there again if needed. At one point the door to our inside space would not close properly, they had it addressed and fixed. We felt our items were secure. The inside conditioned spaces are worth the investment. Started my rental on the 12th of month and was told subsequent payment was due on 12th of following month. Showed up the first of the following month and emptied out unit and was told I had to pay for the entire month because rent was due on 1st. They may have ripped me off for 30 days rent but I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Poor customer service. read more

We were very hesitant about having to pick somewhere to keep pretty much all our things for so long. Management is terrible, service is predatory and sets you up to have a massive increase in price after your first few months. facilities have rats and smell of mold. most of my furniture was unusable and had to be thrown away when I came to pick it up. read more

Great experience getting a storage unit fast! I found the space on line and called. The sales rep Greg was awesome, friendly and helpful. He asked the right questions to help narrow down my choices. After reserving my unit, I received a call from the local office and received fast friendly customer service. I love that I had the option for contactless lease signing. Just rented a unit last week. Yelena was terrific taking care of the paperwork to get us moved in. The temps were 95 out and she was still nice and smiling even though the air conditioning in her office was broken. Everything went very smoothly. I would have given them 5 * except that there is a huge banner in the front of the office saying $1 for first month's rent. However, we were told that our unit was not included on the promotion. We did however, receive a monthly discount for renting online. read more

We rented a unit for several months and when we moved out, we accidentally auto-paid an extra month's rent before we could stop the payment. Public Storage has given us the run around, about returning the rent we overpaid. Now they don't bother returning our telephone calls. If we known they did business like this, we would have never would have rented there. read more

Billing is a nightmare the office has no idea of what has been submitted through the web. Almost 7 days until I was contacted by email there was an issue with online payment. Meanwhile the late charges are backing up as they move closer to taking your unit. I have paid double the rent for two months and the billing still isn't correct. No one will call or update your account if they answer the phone at all. Complete nightmare I am in the process of getting out ASAP. Never again!!! read more

For starters I searched for a storage unit online being new to the area. Clicked on a link for the $1 first month rent and made my reservation. When I got onsite they told me the unit I reserved didn't qualify for the $1 first month rent. Baited and switched! You can't turn left into or out of this location, must go down Brawley School Rd and do U-turn when leaving or wanting to enter, depending on which direction you are coming from. Supposed to be a gated secure location, I've had to use my code to enter 4 times since renting in August. Gate is always open, for a few months the gate was bent due to someone hitting it. Took them forever to get replaced. Once they did, I used my code to get in again. Came back a few weeks later, it was open and has been the last two trips there. Now, 1/29/16, 5 months after renting the unit I get a notice that my rates are going up 21/mo and they gave just 1 month notice to deal with it and pay or move. Can't really go rent a truck to move out in a months time to try and save any money, but needless to say I will be out within 2 months and won't ever use this location again. I have an inside unit and the building has 2 doors to enter, the one closest to my unit the key pad has never worked and of the 4 outside lights in the area 3 have been out the last couple months. When it snowed, they didn't even bother clearing the slight ramp to the doors with salt or a shovel, darn near busted my butt on that day (which was 4 days after the snow) and try dragging a cart up an icy slope to the door - not very safe or fun. read more
