I found the experience from a customer service perspective to be a bomb. The manager seemed harried and rushed and not respectful of my appt time. Ditto to the tech who did my pedicure who seemed pained by having to do my pedicure. I sat in the chair waiting for her to do a pedicure I had scheduled. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon. I would never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time.

But...unfortunately, they were incredibly sloppy with their powder manicure. I showed them a photo of a design I wanted (mentioned this when making the appointment as well), and when I got there they gave me all confidence they could do it but I could see on the tech's face that she had no idea how to even begin. What I showed them was a very simple Mickey Mouse design (this was after showing them several others and then saying they couldn't do it). What I ended up recording was as something that looked like two cherries hanging off a vine. Keep in mind this for a trip to Disney, so... I will say that their pedicure was great-it included hot stones which I love and the massage was also really good. But, that came at a crazy price. The polish application for the pedicure was also sloppy, when I asked for a simple French. All in all, I left there spending $130, which even by Long Island pricing standards is ridiculous. Regardless of the shotty work, I still remained polite and gracious while voicing my concerns along the way in a nice way because I knew there was a huge language barrier that didn't help matters. I still tipped my tech well because after all she did perform a service, but I know I will not be returning here nor recommending them.

Where do I begin!!!! I was greeted nicely and barely waited and I didn't have an appointment. I got extremely lucky with the most perfect and funny nail technician I have ever had. Her name is Delilah. Truthfully she needs to be the head nail technician there (even though I haven't had anyone else) she really sealed my experience. I will never go anywhere else going forward nor use anyone else. The main thing amongst others was that she was SO knowledgeable and patient with me about the different services they had and that she made it clear the choice was mine (did not push any expensive options on me like most nail salons do). Thank you so much for having her apart of your staff and for being so close to my job where I could even go on my lunch break or right after work. Oh and her work by the way is so clean and neat as you can tell by the photo. I will be telling and insisting everyone I know go to this salon and use Delilah specifically. Some of the staff were okay, but 2 nails popped off in a week. The last fixed them for free, but that should have been the case. 3 days later, 4 more nails including one of the redone ones popped off. This is seriously unacceptable and they forced us to pay to take them off. They didn't even last the promised 2-3 weeks. Never coming back again!
