I had the most incredible time at this nail salon! They have great reviews here on Yelp & I must agree; this place is amazing. I haven't enjoyed a salon since Covid changed most of them. I arrived early 10:30am for a fill in on a set of nails that were 3 weeks old & holding on for dear life. I had French Ombre done at another salon that was chunky, uneven and there was a solid contrasting line between the white & pink. I feel like he could tell the job was super poor so instead of just a fill in; he completely filed them off and rebuilt my nails from scratch. Precision was everything. I felt like my nails were going through a surgery. Every nail was cared for with such great attention to detail; it doesn't matter what direction I turn my hand these nails are straight & shaped beautifully! I got French ombre again with fire flames design. Check out the pictures; they're perfect! He really cared about every nail matching. Even the flames all sway together in unison. I accepted a neck massage, 10 min for $10, because once he started there was no way I could say no! He paid attention to a knot in my back that felt incredible. Getting my nails done & getting a massage was the peak of the experience. I thought, why don't other salons EVER offer massages? Such a smart add on. Two other women accepted massages simply because it was offered! I loved it. I felt so pampered. The salon was clean, they use vacuums to brush away the file debris. I didn't get a pedicure but it's on the list for next time. I'd be interested in a foot massage. I'm super impressed by the service & with that they've gained another regular. Thanks guys! read more

Terrible experience. The technician that did my helps took 2.5 hours to do my nails. He was clearly inexperienced. Kept asking me if he was taking too long but continue to work very slowly. All I wanted was 2 fingers with French yellow and he had to look at the picture I showed him 6 times to be able to do it. It was just regular French. Everyone does it. Shape was off, nails color is uneven, and they're already chipping. After I paid and when to my car he came outside knocking on my window because he forgot to charge me $6 extra for the French nails. This was my first time coming here since my usual place wasn't open and i was on a time crunch to get my toes done. My appointment was at 2 i came for my gel pedicure and an eyebrow wax. I got my eyebrows done the had to wait 10-15 minutes for my tech to do my toes after she told me to wait and proceeded to do a woman's nails that came in AFTER me. Once starting to do my nails my tech iris told me to put my feet in the water i went to put my feet in the water and it was SO hot i told her and she just put the bubbles on i could barely put a toe in then when she realized my feet weren't in she forced my feet into the hot water after me telling her again that the water was to hot she put the bubbles on once again and proceeded to force me to keep my feet in the hot water. She made me bleed while cutting my cuticles and did nothing about it. Iris also gave me an attitude when i gave her $2 as a tip bad service you won't be getting a good tip. This will be my first and last time here. read more

This is the best Nail Salon! Cici, Ocean, Lisa, Matthew, and the rest of the gang are excellent nail technicians. My nails have never held up to well past the regular two weeks. The shaping of the nail is done so perfectly, and I have even had a bikini wax that Cici did to perfection. The staff is very respectful and always wanting to do their best for you. i made an appt with Leo on monday for saturday. He told me he was available saturday morning at 9:30am. I called him saturday morning at 9:15am and i told him i was going to be 5-7 minutes late and he said it wasn't a problem. i got there and his attitude changed. he was rushing around on me and he didn't even ask me what i wanted. He was about to put my acrylics on because i booked for a "full set" and i stopped him and said hold on can i show you what i want. He said oh ok yea and then told me he didn't understand what i wanted when i described how i wanted my nails, i asked for them to be straight and thin (square). when he was about to put the acrylic powder on he insisted that i did the UV gel that's in the pot instead of the powder because it was gunna turn "yellow". i have never had ANY of my acrylics turn yellow using the powder i've had acrylics on for years. i wasn't sure why he would say that so i said no i don't want that 3x and he got annoyed at that. So when it was mid appt he told me he wasn't gunna have time to do my designs i asked for (which was just little flowers) because he had another client. That made me extremely disappointed because i had booked for him to do what i wanted and he said that to me. i have never treated like this at a place before. He told me to wait an hour or come back and i didn't understand why he would even ask me that. Someone else came over to do the design and then he said it was gunna cost me another 40$ for the design ONTOP of my original price which was 52$. i have never felt so unwanted at a nail place before and so pushed off so i decided to just paint them one color and leave extremely unhappy. The shape is not perfect and the gel isn't even perfect. i'm extremely unhappy with my nails after being recommend by 2 girls i work with to go here. they get designs for every holiday/event, sometimes on all or even just one of there nails. they paid the most 65$. idk why i was treated differently and poorly by leo and this nail place but i DO NOT recommend coming here at all. read more

I got a powder manicure. This place was highly recommended on yelp. Well my nails did not come out good. She left powder and the sticky glue stuff all over my cuticles. She smudged my thumb with the top coat and wiped it off and didn't polish is again so it's rough not smooth like others. They just look so bad and for $40 I expect my nails to look professional. Looks like a kid did them. Very disappointed. read more

I'm accustomed to Brazilian Mani-Pedis so them not removing any cuticles was disappointing. But that being said; most places aren't doing the liquid gel manicures that I love and they are. And they're doing it great. I had Lisa doing my nails and she really listened to what I wanted. I love the round (not oval) look and she did it beautifully. Even added some flowers that I loved. Would 100% recommend for anyone! read more

I dont usually write bad reviews about places. more of a review on a specific staff member. moved to this town a few months ago and been to this nail salon every two weeks with me and my daughter. I don't mind spending the money and I'm a good tipper , always. today I went by myself and the experience was awful. Lisa did my nails and it started out fine. after she put the last layer of powder on my nails I pointed out ONE NAIL where she missed polish on the side. she said she would file the side of my nail and fix it. mind you she could of easily just put powder on it and that would have been that. no instead she files ALL the sides of my nails. after she's done I look at them and she removed the polish from ALL THE SIDES OF MY NAILS. when I point this out to her she tells me she will fix it and than proceeded to put the top coat on. at this point I'm pissed. when she was done she attempted to file away the sides of my actual nails to fix her mistake. I had to stop her. honestly I was so mad at this point and she would of basically had to start over to fix her mistake. I paid for my service and left without tipping. soemthing I have never done in my life. guess I'll be finding a new nail salon! read more

This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever gone to. The guy ocean that did my nails is horrible at shaping acrylic and laying acrylic. The old lady with black hair and wears a pony tail is by racist and rude. She kept coming near me and saying poor poor and the n word. I feel absolutely disgusted I even I tried this place. The people were nice, as they became more popular the wait was very long, even if you had an appointment, the cleanliness suffered and I got fingernail fungus!
