This was one of the best nail salon experiences i have ever had. I've never laughed so much with the staff. They were hilarious. Very knowledgeable. I can't even describe the banter back and forth. Everyone was laughing in there. It was more than getting your nails done! It was an experience. Beautiful job. My mom and I went here for pedicures. We chose the Lavish for the added foot massage and mud mask. My mom's pedicure was as described and she received a great massage- although I think her nails should have been cut a little shorter- probably just a lack of guidance on our part. However, I did not receive any kinda of a massage and felt like my pedicure was rushed. For $50 I was looking forward to this part of the pedicure. The chairs also had massage features while you received your pedicure but the faux fur blankets on them made it impossible to feel anything. I just got my nails done for the first time here yesterday as a way to prep for a trip I'm going on. The shop was super cute and clean and the staff was very friendly! I had an appt for 6:15 and arrived extremely early after work around 5:30pm. They sat me down almost immediately which was an unexpected surprise. They offer multiple types of cocktails and drinks if you really want to spoil yourself and have a relaxing nail appointment. Nice place called and got in in 30 minutes which I appreciate because today is my birthday . The nail tech song happy birthday to me which I thought was nice . They still didn't offer me a drink of water or any other drink. They serve alcohol here . The water was hot this time look like they remodel the place . Have been in multiple times. Multiple late appointments (20-40 mins past scheduled appt time) - don't get who I book online with - rushed appointments/services - poor attention to detail. My gel nails don't last more than a week - chipping and peeling easy. Staff have always been nice - clean salon - stocked bar. Unfortunately the quality of my nails/toes manicure/pedicure lacks and due to that I won't be back. John rushed through my pedicure. He did not say thank you or nothing. He painted them and walked away to start on another client. I noticed my toenails were poorly polished. The owner asked him to fix them. John fixed one (did not put a top coat on) and cleaned paint from one toe. I have other toes that needed cleaned up, too. Not to mention the other toes that are poorly polished. He did not touch them. Normally I would have pushed the issue to have them done correctly, but he did not want to be bothered. Not to mention I was running short in time. Slowing down a little could have made all the difference. Knowing how to polish should be required! I called to book an appointment, which was painless and easy. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly. I did notice a bar with mixed drinks that could be ordered. I did the lavish pedicure which was not rushed or done too aggressively. The salon was very clean and all tools were cleaned before use. This is the best nail bar I've been to in Columbus. They are actually over 5 stars and just Amazing in what they do and offer!! The location is super clean, quick paced with exceptional quality in nail care, design and products and a bonus is the martini, wine and cocktail menu stocked with top shelf. They actually have a beautifully decorated liquor bar adjacent to the nail stations further in the back of the salon. The bartender is so sweet and made the best St. Germain martini I've ever had! I had my dipping powder manicure services done by Naomi. I would advise to ask for her, although I'm sure all the techs are excellent, I just loved how she did my powder and had my nail beds looking flawless. I got a matte black this time and have received so many compliments. I rarely wear rings but opted to last weekend just because my nails were so fleeky and the shine of the jewelry complimented my matte finish. Mmmmm.... I haven't been able to get out and have a mani/pedi for months!! Pre quarantine I had a baby, and so today was my day for self care! I got a mani/pedi and it was my first time here. The shop is nice and clean and it's a nice touch that they offer an adult beverage (beer, wine, mixed drinks). That's where my compliments end- my pedi felt rushed- I legit haven't had my feet done since 2019! How did you do my cuticles in less than 5 minutes for both feet?!?!?? And now that I got home I can see that the polish is bubbled up, it's on my skin and basically looks like something I could have done myself for free. I took my 2 friends here for a birthday manicure. The ratings were mostly positive so I thought it would be fine. I made appointments online which was easy but got no confirmation text or email so I had to call anyway to verify the appointments which was annoying. Upon entering the store we immediately noticed it was pretty chaotic. The front of the store is quite small and was crowded with customers, I assumed. I signed in and we waited to be greeted in the crowded area. Within a few minutes, I assume the owner directed us to the nail chairs to wait. We had to share the color examples among the 3 of us & there were not a whole lot to choose from compared to my regular salon. The nail work stations were not really clean and they are like really close together, almost uncomfortable if you didn't know the people next to you already. The wrist pad at my station was stained and the towel had bleach spots on it; I'm glad it was clean but it was a bit unattractive. The tools she used did come in a package though. My technician was kind and asked me what I wanted. She then began to do my cuticles which took her about 5 minutes; not that my nails were that well maintained but she just didn't choose to spend much time on them. She quickly painted & finished my color. She did an OK job, but after inspection of my nails I noticed that there were a few nails that were not cleaned up and looked messy around the edges. She massaged my hand for about 60 seconds and I was done. I would give the overall job a 7 out of 10, it was decent. BUT, what made me give this a 2 star rating was that my technician's fingernails were not well maintained. She had spots of old polish on several nails and her nails were DIRTY! Under many of her nails was dirt, not just a little but quite a bit. This was a real turn off. I mean c'mon, your job is nails, keep your own nails at least clean! There was a bar but we were not asked if we wanted anything which was odd at first, but then I realized that we were in & out so quickly that we didn't have time to even finish a drink anyway. From start to finish we were done in less than 30 minutes. The quickest manicure I've ever had I think. Overall the people were nice but the service was just OK and the store itself crowded, chaotic, & gave the impression it was just not clean. None of us will be returning. read more

The service here was so rushed and my nails are as thin as paper.
