But this year, they broke our spark plug and tried to charge us $1200 to fix. Now, you might think, that happens sometimes. It 100% will if your service department doesn't put anti-seize on the spark plugs. This thing was so burnt in that we had to drill out the hole and retap the head because it couldn't be removed. We took it out a few days a year the last 2 years and always had summarization done. There's no way the amount of burn in happened in 1 year if they're performing the maintenance they say they are properly. They refuse to take any blame or accountability. Thankfully I'm lucky enough to know a great mechanic who was able to fix this for me. Reno's is very clean inside. I have felt that the sales and parts people have been nice. However, the inability for the business to take any accountability as the only people to work on this jet ski is something I can't understand or give my money to.

I called Central Body to get some info and discuss my options. I spoke with the manager Kathy. The very next day I called back with a few more questions and spoke with her again. From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. And she also gave me a few tips on how to do an easy diy fix to get us by for a little while until our brand-new camper arrived which was on order. I hope and pray nothing happens with our new one, but if for any reason it does, Central Body is the 1st place I'm gonna go to especially if Kathy is the one that helps us. I had to call around…read moreseveral places in town before I found someone who could do it within the same day and within 1-2 weeks of the call. You can obviously buy a $215 kit online and do the headliner yourself if you have the tools and time, but I was willing to spend $600 for them to do it and I was glad I did. Looks great now. The team is friendly and personable.

When I told the lady about the mistake she said "I doubt that" and was was rude and umprofessional The woman's hostile, ugly temperment means anyone with that gnarly personality shouldn not be dealing with the public. Not her fault, but the owner's for hiring her. Came back later after correcting the mistake with the Sheriff's department in order to do a good deed and let Lucky's know.
