There was zero remorse and we were treated as if it was our fault. The service manager was very rude to me. Stated they give priority to their purchasing customers. Okay, but you damaged my brand new fifth wheel. If you want SLOW and horrible craftsmanship, and to be treated poorly, then this is the place to go.

I called Central Body to get some info and discuss my options. I spoke with the manager Kathy. The very next day I called back with a few more questions and spoke with her again. From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. And she also gave me a few tips on how to do an easy diy fix to get us by for a little while until our brand-new camper arrived which was on order. I hope and pray nothing happens with our new one, but if for any reason it does, Central Body is the 1st place I'm gonna go to especially if Kathy is the one that helps us. Super trustworthy and I wouldn't have any doubt about being a customer in the future if I needed to!

I was driving through town to pick up an out of state RV, and my brake controller was acting up. I went to 7 other places in Kansas City and none of them would help or even look at it. I called these guys and they told me to come right over even though their trailer guy was about to leave. I showed up and they had already diagnosed the problem over the phone. They walked out, fixed it, and didn't even charge me. They did NOT have to do that. Yes, it was a simple fix and only took 5 mins, but the point is they didn't have to do that. I would recommend these guys if you are in Kansas City. Top notch customer care.

they are not an honest shop. They took advantage of a coworker.. they replaced a thermostat housing…read moreafter I sent just the thermostat . He could have just swapped them but instead decided to order a whole new one. The car was in for over heating and he said he pressure tested it.. there is no way because the water outlet housing was cracked all the way up and through on both lines . coolant would have been spraying everywhere or blown them apart.. the hoses were soft and needed replaced. I called to discuss the bill and he got mad and started trying to add more .. he said he didn't charge for the thermostat housing that was gonna be another 60$.. I told him no you will get it back we put a stainless aftermarket thermostat housing on and a stainless water outlet housing on and replaced hoses . The turbo had NOTHING to do with the car overheating!!! Yet he charged 135$ for a turbo kit and 400$ for turbo labor when a simple basic pressure test on the coolant would have exposed the leak.... You could smell the antifreeze and see the leak! Anyways she paid 772.55$ for NOTHING a thermostat housing she didn't need.. the antifreeze and a turbo kit that I'd love to see receipts on... because it's not there.. I looked .. she has a car that still overheated... he fixed nothing and him and the lady cussed us out when we questioned the bill and work.. it was leaking this bad when she took the car in.. The first was a leak in a hose and they replaced it and it still leaded. I just got back from picking up my one of my trucks and they didn't listen to me and Larry lied about what was said. I drive 50 thousand miles a year and want good brakes. I told Larry that I wanted Manufacture parts on my brakes and when I picked it up the brakes squeaked and I called and Larry said that I said I didn't want manufacture parts because it would be more expensive. told him that I would never say that because the brakes squeak. I have a fleet of vehicles and will never go back to them. I have had to take my trtuck abck and lost two extra days because of them!

They ROBBED us. 3 months later and we are STILL finding shoddy 1/2 assed work on major and minor things from top to bottom. They installed ALL our windows UPSIDE DOWN how do they not know which way the windows go in!!!??? They shot nails from the inside THROUGH THE SIDING ON THE OUTSIDE FOR GODS SAKE!!!! and since they started ghosting us and refused to do reasonable work OR return our money we had to learn how to fix every issue they left us with. Highway robbery and terrible work. All the windows being reinstalled upside down and therefore leaking I to the rv was the TIPPYtip of the iceberg. I could go on for PAGES. The boat was delivered late, the electronics we were promised would be installed were untouched for 3 more weeks, and worst of all, the boat quit running shortly after delivery. We reached out to the owner--he called back once on a Sunday and never followed, until a formal complaint letter was sent. There was never a resolution! Poor communication, broken promises, and no accountability. Be cautious if you're considering doing business here.
