I had a very complicated electrical problem, and Orozco didn't hesitate to take the time to solve the issue. I met with the mechanic working on the van; he was familiar with older Toyotas and was able to point out the issue with just a pre-work inspection. However, I couldn't give 5 stars because the shop layout itself was a bit disappointing. It looked like only one or two cars could realistically be serviced at a time, which made the operation seem limited. Additionally, the person who initially came out to help didn't appear very knowledgeable and didn't seem like he had the authority to make decisions on behalf of the company. It's good to know this business is around and available in the area, but based on my experience I probably won't be returning here for service.

I took my Bmw E92 M3 for inspection after buying it pre-owned to find out for any leaks and general…read morecheck up. I told them that I saw possible leak on the oil drain plug. Report showed leaking drain plug and needs new rear brakes and differential service. I let them replace the drain plug and differential service. When I got home, I still noticed oil leaks. I paid another shop for inspection ( bmw specialist) They found leaks on the air separator and oil filter housing. I had leaks resolved at the same shop. They also showed the error ( ghost code for the alternator) which they cleared. Did not get any obd testing result from Euro car masters. I am just disappointed for Euro car masters did not do a thorough inspection. I feel like they are more focused on replacing brakes, oil change and regular maintenance. I live near the shop but won't go back there anymore.
