Perhaps, needing service on repairs and parts that I have already paid for. On July of 2025, I took my car to a shop because my car was making noises...brakes, tires and so on needed to be replaced, I paid for that. Then, as I was driving my car it came to a complete stop. I was unable to move because it wouldn't turn on, my fuel pumps were the problem. Paid to have those replaced at the same shop that I trusted. On March of this year, 2026, I'm at Target and my car failed to turn on. I towed it to the same shop and they "repaired and replaced my non-working fuel pumps" because it was still under warranty. My car is acting up, possibly fuel pumps again. This would be the third time in a year dealing with the same problem. Long story short, brought it to G & J Auto Repair Shop to have George inspect it because I feel that he is honest. Spoke to him in March of this year when my fuel pumps gave out again. I had warranty and so I decided to take it back to old shop. He has been understanding, has checked my electrical concerns,inspected the fuel pumps and has taken the time to inspect my overall car, so that I can have a peace of mind! Another mechanic changed the spark plugs/coils but the code was still popping up. G&J was able to diagnose that I had a bad vacuum hose. They replaced it, and the code was cleared. For AC repair, George quoted me on the cost for AC compressor and fan replacement (parts & labor). Pricing was very good. Next day they had my car ready for me to hit the road. I pulled off the lot with my AC blasting ice cold, engine codes cleared, and car running Great! So thankful for George and team taking care of me. My dad was present while Cesar worked on my car, and my dad gave me such a glowing review of how Cesar worked. My dad has not been able to stop talking about how Cesar did an amazing job on my car, how clean he works, how he keeps his tools, and his communication. My dad was so impressed with the quality of work Cesar provided on my car that he decided to get a quote for replacing his rotors. When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I paid for what I was told were repairs and replacement parts. After getting my vehicle back, l took it to another repair shop for a second opinion. I was informed that some of the parts appeared not to be new and that at least one part installed was the wrong size. I was also told the vehicle was not safe to drive, despite being told by this shop that it was ready. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. The owner rarely communicated with me, frequently left my phone calls unanswered, and made it very difficult to get updates on my vehicle or have my questions addressed. Based on my experience, I found the owner's statements to be unreliable, and I no longer trusted what I was being told. I left feeling misled and extremely disappointed how my vehicle and my concerns were handled. I must say today's experience has been great... i have been getting my truck smog checked here…read moresince they opened. Every time has been great, but this time my truck was leaking oil. They were able to help me with my smog check and let me know what was wrong with my truck all the way around. I needed an oil change and they took care of it no problem. Also was able to tell me which tire pressure sensor was bad and was able to tell me about my stability track. On top of all of that they topped off all my oil and fluids. Check all of my filters. It was just a really good experience that I haven't had from a repair shop in a very long time not even the dealer does it like that anymore. I really appreciate how transparent they are. I took my Bmw E92 M3 for inspection after buying it pre-owned to find out for any leaks and general…read morecheck up. I told them that I saw possible leak on the oil drain plug. Report showed leaking drain plug and needs new rear brakes and differential service. I let them replace the drain plug and differential service. When I got home, I still noticed oil leaks. I paid another shop for inspection ( bmw specialist) They found leaks on the air separator and oil filter housing. I had leaks resolved at the same shop. They also showed the error ( ghost code for the alternator) which they cleared. Did not get any obd testing result from Euro car masters. I am just disappointed for Euro car masters did not do a thorough inspection. I feel like they are more focused on replacing brakes, oil change and regular maintenance. I live near the shop but won't go back there anymore.
