I have been getting my eyebrows threaded consistently for 15 years and this was the worst threading job I've ever had. I am shocked because of the good reviews but my eyebrows are visibly uneven both in shape and thickness. I FaceTimed a friend afterwards and she commented on it. (Yes, that bad) Wow. The entire experience from end to end was terrible. I showed up to my appointment and she had started someone else during my appointment time so I had to wait 20 mins. During my appointment someone else came and left because she was running late. She completely rushed. I told her I had eyebrow gel on and whether it makes sense to clean that off before threading and she said no. This is my first time here and there's a sign that says she only accepts cash, Zelle, Venmo (Not debit? Is this a proper business or some under the table type place) only despite charging on the higher end of what other eyebrow threaders charge in the area. I wish I had gone elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration. This was complete incompetence. read more

I believe it was our 4th or 5th time at KD's today. I bring my teens to see KD for threading and they have seen Mona once for a facial. It's so easy to schedule an appointment via-text. They're both very flexible with their schedule as well, which is very helpful. KD does a wonderful job shaping my kids' eyebrows. She's very thorough and love how detailed she is. Haven't gotten my eyebrows done since early 2020, and it felt so good to get them done! It was my first time going here. The owner wore a mask and finished my eyebrows in about 10-15 minutes. Painless and comfortable! Her current rate seems to be $20 for eyebrow threading, pretty reasonable! Had to wait about 10 minutes extra before she actually took me in, but I didn't mind. Loved the outcome, would definitely come back again. Note: Apple Maps says she's located in suite 101 but she's in 102, the first big brown door you see upon entering.
