I cannot express how happy I am with this service. Not only are they fairly priced and do quality work, but they are beyond what one could expect for customer service. I had an event for which I dropped off a suit to be cleaned. My person to pick up the suit fell through and I didn't end up with my suit for the event when I went to get ready. Panicked, I reached out to every means of getting ahold of them possible, begging for the chance to grab it despite them being closed. They came through! The owner not only communicated with me on a day that the business was closed, when she found out what I needed, she drove all the way in and opened the store just for me, and allowed me to get my suit. The biggest reason that this all should really be something that tugs at the heart strings to read: it was a Santa suit. The one that I wear when I go and professionally portrait, Santa this time of year for kiddos. What she did for me insured that I would not have to cancel over a simple mistake and disappoint all those kids. I cannot thank them enough, and if it wasn't for the fact that I already was such a big fan of their business, I would say they have a customer for life. Took my blanket in to get cleaned, mine you I have never been here before, when I got my blanket back it stunk like dirty wet fabric. I called back the next day to let them know, and the manager was soo rude and said she would only clean it for free if I took it in today and picked up today. She was yelling at her other worker and telling him what now. I definitely do not recommend and will not be going back! She also charged me $28. You better believe I want a clean smell good blanket! I have used dry cleaners weekly for the last 20 years. This is the first time that I have had one try to give me someone else clothes. Then they can't find mine clothes. Then the clothes that I did get back are wet. We call you when we figure what we are doing with the missing clothes. read more

I often get my clothes heavy starched, not once have the ever even needed the full amount of time. My clothes are always ready early, and to crisp clean perfection. read more

I keep my claim ticket with all dry cleaners, I've never found one that hasn't lost someone's clothes at some time. That being said, Keen has never lost mine. They have good prices for the service and my clothes always come back as I want them. The main reason I use them is their proximity to my house and their hours. They stay open later than the other cleaners. Until I have a problem with them, they're my go to cleaners. read more

I am surprised by all the negative comments. They are always so nice when we go in! They do a GREAT job on all our clothes. We will continue to use them! I get at least 4 or 5 pair of jeans & 7-10 shirts laundered and starched every week! Everything has always looked GREAT! read more

This place is speedy and fairly priced but I guess you get what you pay for. They snagged my dress and when I brought it to their attention they told me that they have nothing that would cause that so I must have done that prior to bringing it. read more

They didn't touch my top and ruined my boyfriend clothes. I went back so they can redo our clothes again for free and they didn't touch my boyfriends clothes so he has to go again and my top turned out ok. I wouldn't not go back again. I took 2 dress shirts in to be laundered and starched. I put a bright pink tag with what I wanted done and all of my info on it ( Name, Phone, etc.) attached to the hangers as well as telling them same info when checking them in at the front. The clerk gave my husband the claim ticket said they "might" be ready the next day but probably not until the following day. I realize we were there at 10:30 a.m. but does 30 min past that in by 10 out by 5 promise really mean they need a whole extra day?? Sorry, I digress.. To get to the point.....THEY LOST MY SHIRTS!!!! And to make matters worse they weren't my shirts, they were borrowed. After about a week of back and forth on the phone apparently they can't find them & no one has brought them back. If someone took them home, shame on you for keeping them, a young girl needed that for a scholarship interview. To the person that mistagged them I know mistakes happen and they are just clothes but be careful please!! They did send a check for the shirts just wish the girl had more time to find a new shirt.
