I want to thank Dr. Samuel Wilson for caring for my mother. I had taken my mother into the ER and felt that she was in need of further assistance. Dr. Wilson's staff had space and took her in same day. After some blood work, I got a call from the Doctor to take my mother back to the ER and he contacted the hospital to make them aware of my mother's condition. I believe he helped in assuring my mother was cared for correctly on the second visit to the ER. He gave me an explanation and I am thankful for his assistance and support. read more

Dr. Mitton is amazing! Answered all the time I had doubts. Was able to text his work phone number that he gives patients. Only complaint is that my sons appointments were rescheduled 4 times within the last month and a half or so. For "emergencies", etc.... Staff was so rude even when mistakes were done on their end. Hope to see that Dr again one day but for now we'll be leaving and going elsewhere. read more

They gave my son a doctors appointment without running his insurance to make sure it was active first it is active on my end after I already called twice to make sure and they told me everything was good to go I get to the appointment and they told me they can't see him because it's not active what kind of doctors office doesn't run insurance eligibility before giving someone an appointment wasted my time. read more

If I can rate this place a zero i would. This place is horrible!! Stay away! They will waste your time and reschedule your appointment and tell you the office is closed that day. They did it multiple times to my husband. This has been the worst experience while waiting for treatment. Switched to this location due to a recent move. We waited for them to request medical records for 3 months then after dropping them off a copy in person a week before they stated they didn't have the records the day of the scheduled appointment. When I called to schedule my appointment a polite gentlemen answered the phone and was able to promptly set an appointment for me after telling him my concerns and issues i had with my previous doctors office. This places is terrible! My daughters appointment was at 3pm and I got here 10 minutes early, it's now 4:35pm and my daughter still has not been seen. I been a going to Keen Medical for over 3 years For problems related to a fall down a fight if stairs While ruining. Every time I go in it was always a different PA or Np , The first and last time I went in a saw the same Dr. The Dr, Pa's and Np don't really care or listen I.E went in to a referral of left elbow problems and pain in ribs, what I got was A ct scan for chest pains and a referral for right not Listing any body part. Dr Wilson is very patient and kind. He takes time with his patients and actually listens to their concerns and issues. The medical assistants were so nice they offered us water and even a pillow. My experience here brought me to the conclusion that I need a new doctor. First the lady in the front always has a attitude and always answer rude. The girl doctor told me I had an infection in my throat, and the boy doctor told me I have nothing wrong in my throat but I do have something wrong with my liver. Unreliable and uncaring. I am switching to a different medical group. I was seen by a physician assistant named Kendrick Bourne who refused to prescribe me antibiotics when I had an infection. He blamed it on me because I smoke cigarettes. Apparently cigarettes cause an excess flow of snot in your nose, mouth sores, dry throat, fatigue, and all sorts of stuff. When I asked him why he says "I can't prescribe something just because you asked me to. You need to quit smoking." I tell him how I've been smoking for 10 years and I've never felt like this. His response was combative and haughty, asking where I got my medical degree. I told him Actually I don't know what you're talking about, I don't have time for this. ONE WEEK LATER my NEW TATTOO got infected because of this dumbass! I did everything to take care of it in aftercare instruction but since I already had an infection, it got infected and I have to pay another $100 to get it fixed, on top of wasting money on the initial doctor visit. This is grounds for a lawsuit in this excuse for a man's childish behavior. Basically telling me since I smoke, he refuses to treat me. Do not go here and waste your time, he also suggested that I need to go to a headache specialist and he's not allowed to prescribe migraine medication. There is no such thing as a headache specialist. Don't waste your time or energy with Keen Medical Group. read more

I haven't had the chance to meet Dr. Wilson, but Dr. Blaise is great. He's really the only reason I still bother coming here. Another doctor here, female, intentionally switched whcih birth control IIIIII wanted, and filled the one she was trying to force on me. I went in for a referral to the Derm and some allergy medication. Was told about one med. to pick up. When I went to pick it up, there were two. I went back a month later for a refill and asked the pharmacist why I needed both and he said the docter should have never gave me both and that they were dangerous to mix. On top of that, my referral never came through the mail. They never do. So you have no clue where to go and when you can. I've never received a referral until I demand one before I leave the office. Again, only had one good doctor here. The office staff at the front desk however, is very rude and unhelpful 9/10 times. They never know how to answer basic questions and will straight out ignore incoming calls. I've seen them talk and ignore calls. Additionally, my referrals, prescriptions and pharmacy seem to always get screwed up. I don't know of that's the front desk ladies job or the doctors but I'm tired of wasting time and gas to pick up medications or referrals that aren't even there. From my understanding, this is a rotating office so there's always new doctors and staff?? Still no excuse to drop the ball every. Single. Visit. Don't waste your time... read more

The office manager is a liar I filed a grievance with my insurance against Samuel Wilson and his staff, they added false information to my medical records. You will NEVER see an actual Doctor. In the 7 years I had been going I never once saw Samuel Wilson. They also never took my dads health seriously. I started Keen Medical Group Dr Samual Wilson December 2017. I never saw the doctor once only PA I brought my medicine they forgot to put it in the system I had to bring it in in March. I asked for a non-smoking Aid they prescribed Chantix.. I have an ulcer and it was causing havoc in my stomach. So I called to ask to change the medication and they asked to have me come into the office again ..So I could pay another doctor visit even though I've already been seen for the smoking. They should have called in something else for me .I do not advise this place at all... read more

Very unprofessional and the care was horrible. They dont seem to know what the hell they are doing. My son had covid and still has health issues with a horrid covid rash and inflammation and the PA argued with us over his health problems. I had to take him to the ER and show them labs and she didnt order any of the referrals she said she was, and then refused to take him. And now we cant change doctors because its the middle of the month! This is how patients die! My son was not wanting pain meds but help! I had to tell them to put him on prednisone. read more

If you are searching for a new doctor please do your research of this office ,and I strongly advise you stay away from this place! The staff very friendly and courteous (The only good news) The phone system HORID HORID HORID they never answer ! Their normal call back estimated time is usually weeks The priority of their call back system is you must be dying to receive a phone call back, If you just need antibiotics, questions about your blood results ,any other lab work questions well good luck with that you will never get through or receive a phone call back! If you are a busy person work down the hill and can never seem to reach the office well make time to go in and track down a live person to speak with .... I love this medical office. The staff is courteous and professional and the appointment times are usually very close to the actual time you are supposed to be seen. So far I have never been called in late to an appointment and I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Dr.Wilson and NP Michael Burk are both very kind, compassionate and understanding, medical practitioners. They answer all of my questions and are genuinely concerned with my well being. The NP I saw was ok but insisted on changing my prescription and then ordered the wrong one. Not a huge mistake but still not ok. The low rating is for the office staff which avoids you, doesn't listen, and thinks waiting over a month for them to fix their mistakes so you can get your meds is appropriate.
