It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.

I even sent a photo of my spread and the item they sent me. I should have believed the bad reviews, but they're the only game in town and I like to think you can trust small business owners. I tried to contact the owner, but can find out only his first name, and the manager will not put me in touch with him. I was just informed that the manager sent an envelope to the store with my name on it, containing $20. I accept that I will never see my spread again, but I would like my cleaning fee of $52.34 returned. The manager will not return my calls and texts. I will be sharing this far and wide.

After I returned home with my trousers I quickly realized how they keep their pricing low. They apparently don't spend any money on training or quality control.
