It was so bad that I had to cover my entire seat with a pillow and always felt embarrassed to use the seat without a pillow.. I tried different things and the white stains were still there for years. I went to Chapman car wash and some other car mobile washes, which I don't remember, for past 3-4 years and none of them was able to get rid of the stains!! It's so insane, I wish I took a photo and could show it to you guys. After the wash, my car was spotless. Being a very picky person, I usually had to ask to have my car cleaned again but not this time. I didn't have to even waste my breathe. They were fantastic! Ps. Overall I am very satisfied with the service that I received from Jairo and the team. The price was very good compared to other mobile detailers and they did a nice job on my vehicle that is now 24 years old. They are able to complete the job faster since they have 3 people working at once so my detail only took about 1.5hrs There was some tire dressing and wax still on the vehicle after they finished that I had not seen when I gave them the green light and paid but it was nothing that 10 minutes of my own time couldn't remedy. In the future I would just inspect my vehicle closer and I'm sure they would take care of it. Make sure that you confirm your appt and get a response from Sara. She asked me if a time would work, I replied yes, and didn't hear anything more. Then I received a call the next morning from Jairo telling me he was at my home, had I gone into the office this would have been a disaster so make sure you know they will be coming. I called to make an appointment for a car wash since it's close to my house and 5 stars rating. I told the owner that I have a SUV and the inside is very dirty since I have a little toddler. He told me $30 which is way more expensive than outside and other mobile car wash but I'm okay with since I know he's coming to me and that he would spend more time cleaning than the regular car wash place that I normally pay 18 for my car. So disappointed. The owner called me at 750 to let me know that he was at my place. Apparently he went to the wrong place and told me on the phone that I never send him my address. I told him I did and to check his message. The owner came to my house at 815, started around 820 -825 and finished by 9. I was surprised that it was so fast for an SUV ( my husband said the same thing) I don't mind he finished early as long as the car is clean. I wasn't able to check the car when it was finished since I had to watch the toddler. Later I went out to check I wasn't very happy. 1. The window where there was the bird pooped there was still pooped where the window goes up and down. 2. The back seats of the car, the window, the door,, the same dirty spots were still there. Meaning he didn't wipe those areas. 3. The trunk or the back wasn't vacuum or wipe down. There were stuff in the trunk that he could have move around to vacuum or even just at least wipe the two sides and the trunk door I would be ok. Nothing. Overall the outside of the car was clean except the bird poop area, the carpets in the front and back were vacuumed but not the trunk, the dashboard and the center were clean. For $30 plus tip I was expecting a better service. Also my car did not turn out like how those cars are shown on yelp. read more
