So.. I wake up one morning to find out my parked car on the street was hit and no information was left behind. Not wanting to go through insurance, I shopped around for a deal to get it fixed. This is the second time we've needed Kee's services (see my previous excellent review) and Kee and Austin are still top-notch. Great with communication and they worked everything out with the insurance company. Our minivan needed new airbags and they installed them and then had them calibrated. They took it to the mechanic to get the alignment done. Every body part they worked on looked good as new (including a pretty deep dent that lost paint and had a bit of rust). I'm torn when it comes to this place. The first time I came here it was fantastic. The gentleman that helped me out was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. The day I came into the shop, it was busy, so the gentleman told me to come back a few days later in order to fix my car FREE OF CHARGE. I couldn't accept it, but he insisted it was a minor fix. When I returned, I was in and out of the shop within 20 minutes. My first experience was great and for that I give them 5 stars. However, my second and last experience with them was not so great... When there were damages to my mother's car, I instantly thought of them. We went to them on a Saturday morning to get an estimate and this gentleman (different from the first one) did not take any notes or pictures. He was not thorough at all (I should have known then). Anyway, he asked if he could email us the estimate and we said sure. A day passed, two days passed, a week passed, a week and a half... No estimate. I called to follow-up and the gentleman from the very first experience answered (yay). He told me to email them with photos and he would send us an estimate within a few days. Did this happen? NO. Another two weeks passed, I called, again. This time they were not so nice and brushed me off. For this, I give them 1 star and average it out to 3. I would have appreciated it if they could have been honest with me from the start, it would have saved their time and my time. Not sure if I want to go back to this shop anymore. read more

This is a belated review. I brought my 2004 Honda Pilot in 6 months ago. It was rear ended by my neighbor when they reversed from their garage and hit my car parked on the street. Bumper was dented. Vu took a look at it, gave me an estimate The bumper was fixed in a week like brand new. The 2nd time was my 2008 Acura TL. Left rear door was hit by a truck. I brought an estimate from another repair shop. Vu inspected the dent carefully. He matched the price plus offered to repair a 4'" dent on the right door for free. My TL, which is white in color, came out perfect. Vu has been courteous and friendly in the entire process. Don't wish to "see" him again. I took my car to Kee's Auto Body based upon the good Yelp reviews. However, my actual experience with this business was not positive. The work was sloppy and unprofessional, my vehicle was damaged the Kee's refused to accept the responsibility. So, I contacted my credit card company, the BBB and wrote this review. My vehicle was in very good condition except for oxidized paint on the roof and 2 small scratches on the front, driver's side quarter panel when I gave my vehicle to Kee's for a paint job. We had agreed that they would repair the 2 scratches and paint the roof. Upon completion of their job, I found the following new damage to my vehicle: 1. Driver's side front door 2. Driver's side rear door 3. Passenger side front door 4. Damaged roof rack It is clear to me that the roof rack was damaged when they removed and stored it. Also, the individual that buffed the roof paint job did not take the proper precautions and removed the clear coat on the top of the passenger side doors. During their job, they scratched the paint on the passenger side front door. This work was very sloppy and unprofessional. I talked to Kee's and they have refused to accept responsibility for their poor workmanship and the damage that they did to my vehicle. I would never solicit this business again and I certainly would not refer anyone! read more

Wow, I highly recommend Kees Auto Body. A friend told me about Kees and she had glowing things to say about the shop. She was so fervent about them, I figured it was worth the drive for the estimate, especially given the favorable Yelp reviews. I had already received an estimate from a body shop closer to home. The estimate I received from Kees was hundreds of dollars less. I just picked up my car today and the work quality is outstanding. Vu was very helpful and obviously takes pride in his work. The shop is very Covid safe. Vu was wearing a medical grade mask, the shop has "used" and "new" pens, and when I picked up my car, the steering wheel, seat, and floor mat were all covered in plastic. I had a clearcoat issue on my 2008 Honda Civic. I had a total of 7 estimates done for the paint work. The gentleman at Kee's Auto Body (I wish I could remember his name) was the most polite and most thorough of all the people we dealt with. He came outside, looked at the issue, took notes and pictures (the only auto body shop to do that) of what needed to be done and gave us a written estimate. We ended up choosing to go with Kee's because the estimate was fair but most importantly how we where treated at the time of the estimate. Took the car in a week later to have the paint work done. The work was completed in the time frame thet gave us and we where very pleased with how it turned out. If I need auto work done again I will be back here. read more

I am so impressed by the service and kindness of Kee's autobody shop, specifically Vu. I brought my Audi in to repair the fin that I knocked off while exiting my garage, and also some scratches that I made to the hood. Vu's customer service is as good as they come: he was honest, he helped me save money, and he is just the coolest person. This place has amazing reviews from their customers, because they practice ethical business, as well as being courteous to all their customers. This is our second time going to Kee's & each time they go above and beyond to take care of us and make sure that our car needs are met. We called in last week to let them know that we will be coming in for an engine splash guard replacement, this is something we needed taken care of as soon as possible as this car is my bf's only mode of transportation. Kee's did a great job. I brought the car in and they were very helpful. Went over the car, took some pictures, and said they'd write up an estimate. I asked about timeline, since the other reviews talked about them taking a long time. Because they had to order a hood and bumper, he said it would be about 4-6 business days to order, paint, and install the parts. I got the quote by email a few hours later, which was about half of what I thought it would be. I arranged my life to be without the car, thinking 6 business days, and dropped it off on a Tuesday late afternoon. I received a text from them saying I could text them with status updates or questions as well. I got a call that the car was ready on the following Monday. So, it really only took 4 business days. BEST BODY SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO! I went this auto body shop because my car had been scratched and scuffed in an incident a few day prior, and I went to get an estimate. Kee himself was a kind, honest and respectful when he introduced himself, and when he went to inspect the damage on my car he told me there was none and proceeded to clean it off in a heartbeat, and after that we offered to pay for his services and he said " no no no, it's ok! Theirs no damage so I can't even write up an estimate and this is my job, I'm supposed to help you!". Hmmm, had another experience just recently in June 2020 - somebody splashed a jar of paint on the car. Kee's repair work was OK, not super - some minor traces of foreign paint remain. Plus, right after the repair both battery and rear view camera light malfunction went on. Battery recharged itself, but the rear view camera required repair of a short circuit in the dashboard. I had to pay for this repair at BMW dealership because insurance assumed the problem was unrelated to the accident. However, the timing was weird, and I keep wondering what could've happen to the car at the shop to cause such a coincidence. It's pandemics of course, people are stressed out, but still.
