I got the salmon plate and it comes with this thick, garlic aïoli sauce, a side of broccoli, and fingerling potatoes. The fingerling potatoes are big and flavorful with the Parmesan. I love the salmon. A little crispier than usual, but I like crispy so it's not too bad. It was a little slow cause they're understaffed, but it was a very busy night so I can understand everything came out fresh hot and ready. I like that the broccoli didn't have much seasoning either. Also the clam chowders was tasty and they offer it in a cup or a bowl. The burger was juicy, the pickle spear was yummy, and the fries were well seasoned. I also love the turkey club sandwich. The bacon was nice and crispy and the bite of the sourdough bread was fluffy. I really do appreciate Brittney our server for being so nice and having a great attitude.

They were awesome! And hustling. The same with the Bartender, very nice. With the lack of workers the menu is very limited. All I chose for dinner was a Caesar salad. Which was yummy! Lots of good Parmesan cheese and the dressing was yummy, the vegetables were crisp and fresh tasting.

Wow. Came here last night and just have to write a review…read more I have been drinking and preparing kava for a few years. Always wanted to go to a kava bar, but the east coast never really had this. Last night the stars aligned. We came in not knowing what to expect. We were warmly greeted by Olivia (kava-tender), who explained the menu and brought us a small shell of kava to try. The Polynesian mule is mind-blowingly good. It was so good, we did 2 rounds of this. Definitely will be back to try more drinks. The live music was also amazing. Very talented musician-- played a lot of Grateful Dead, and even Alice's Restaurant. The vibe is very chill, while also warm and welcoming. For context: I am a non-drinker of alcohol, and despise bars/being around loud drunk people. This is a totally different experience, in the very best ways.

The owners husband and wife are very nice and knowledgeable on Kava when they speak you can feel the passion that they have for not only their business but for their beverages. I had the traditional Kava bowl, it's earthy and served on a shell ( maybe coconut) with a small wedge Of pineapple as a chaser, I also tried a lavender tea it was very good you can definitely taste the lavender. This place is a must try in my opinion the ambience, the beverages , the people all make me want to go back.

Mediocre french onion soup. Average fries and tacos, big portions. Mediocre pizza. Good community vibe, though empties out late. BUT for me, a non-drinker? On visit #2, I noticed soda + 3 refills was $10, $2.50 each refill. Seemed excessive, complicated refills (having to formally consent to more, no top off), doesn't favor designated drivers. Bartender #2 shrugged and said some people order only a soda all day, as if that explains it. Except I usually order an entree or tip generously if only getting a soda, so I am not they. Maybe make a "free refills with entree" or "free refills for designated driver" rule, but not an "others abuse this, so we overcharge you" rule. Or expect I'll take it personally. I'd been trying to decide if I should be a regular. Bartender #2 expended zero energy in trying to convince me I was wrong to think I shouldn't come back. She made it super clear she thought that it just fine if I wasn't back. I'd been nothing but kind and polite, other than noting at the end that the policy unfair. No "I'll talk to management" or "yeah, that's unfair" from her. She owned that policy like it was her idea and a good one.
