We love 110 Grill as we are GF. 110 Grill is our first pick most of the time. However, we never do dessert so I was not only disappointed but upset we paid $12 and $10 for desserts that were a 0-1 on a scale of 1-10. The reviews were good so I figured we couldn't go wrong. I've been to this restaurant many times and usually sit at the bar. I almost always order the flatbread, which has always come out as a rectangular portion -- just the right size and consistently good. On a recent visit with friends, we sat outside. The service was friendly, and we were asked for sizes when ordering drinks and soup -- short or tall for beer, and cup or bowl for chowder. So far, so good. When I ordered the flatbread, I wasn't asked if I wanted a small or large--which I didn't realize was even an option. That's on me for not reading the menu more carefully. But when it arrived, it was essentially a medium-sized round pizza and cost $22. While it was delicious, I was genuinely surprised by the size and price. When I asked the server why she didn't ask what size I wanted (since we were asked for sizes for everything else), she said, "We always give the large unless you ask for small." That felt inconsistent -- especially when size choices were made clear for everything else we ordered. I'll definitely come back, but I'd love to see more consistency in how options are presented. A simple "small or large?" would've saved the confusion. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Well, went to 110 Grill definitely will be our last time we had that same waitress again her name is Emily! She needs to be fired. She is arrogant, not friendly and needs to find a job in some other line of work. My wife's Reuben was fine, not the best she's had. Her onion stings has a distinct "fishy" taste though. That made them unpleasant. My son's burger was sub-par. Not cooked correctly and not flavorful. If it were a $10 burger from a diner, it would have been fine. For the price, we would have expected much better. Overall, not a bad experience by any means. On the outside, you see a place like this and assume you're about to experience some casual fine dining. As we walk in, wifey goes, "Hey! They're next to a Marriott. That's a good sign!" And then, ya know.....we tried the entrees. For appetizers, we got the buffalo bistro wings and I got a cup of chowder. To start off, the chowder was actually really good. Aside from needing a dash of salt here and there, it was creamy with plenty of potato and clams. I give it an 8 out of 10. Those wings though.....Oof! These things were the biggest let down since that lobster bisque fiasco from D'Angelo's. Lemme explain why. These wings fail for two very important reasons: 1.) the actual wings themselves are not seasoned and 2.) the wings overall were criminally under-sauced. Seriously, these things looked like just plain old wings as we were packing them up to go. I couldn't get past 1. 2 out of 10, I wouldn't feed these to the racoon outside my office window. Finally come the entrees: the swordfish and the shrimp scampi. Let's discuss the latter in detail, since that one was mine. Shockingly bland. Which was a shame, considering the presentation was brilliant! I always try to remember to take a pic of the food BEFORE I dig in so you folks can see what I'm trying to say. But yeah, this plate was pretty. Unfortunately, the taste did not match the presentation. It needed a lot of help from Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper, they used shaved Parmesan when they should have used shredded, and the scampi sauce itself was lacking. Whole thing almost tasted like garlic milk. At least the shrimp were delectable by the time I poured seasoning over the whole thing. 5 out of 10, this recipe should be revamped. I sampled wifey's swordfish and mashed potatoes. Both were stunning, although we have a slight complaint for the swordfish: it should have had seasoning. But otherwise, the texture was perfect. And those mashed potatoes tasted like they had the quadratic formula for eternal youth cooked into them. But the sides should NEVER be superior to the main course, so....7 out of 10 for the fish. And now....my soul dies a little when I realize I could have had the fish. Here's the deal. I think, depending on whatever menu item I order next, this place could have the potential of being re-rated down the line with a possible increase in star. Right now though, I don't see them as being anything beyond the scope of any other casual dining restaurant. 110 Grill receives 3 seasonless swordfish out of 5. read more

I came into 110 for the first time not knowing what to expect. I had a bad day a work and just wanted to unwind. I was greeted at the bar by Jack. He was the most kind and professional gentleman I have encountered in the service industry. Being a corporate restaurant manager it is refreshing to see that there are still employees that take their jobs seriously and with such grace! This is specifically for a group function with around 20 people at Nashua NH. First, I have been to other 110 Grill with my wife and family on several occasions and for that this is one of the better chain restaurants. Certainly well above average for a sit down meal. We have a team of around 40 that has been working on a very difficult technical development for some years and we wanted to get together to celebrate a great success. A little over half were interested in attending. The description of this venue makes it sound like they have two private areas, so our admin booked for us. I guess we should have had her ask about where we would be 'seated'. Where they actually put us was at a group of high top tables right next to the front door and the bar. We have some responsibility in not having been more careful with our choice. But I wouldn't go back if we ever booked the place again. After a while I was just sick of having to yell to be heard and gave up. Service was good, food was good, but this is not suitable for corporate events. If it was my own money and I'd come to a 'restaurant' I would never have accepted being sat in the bar/waiting area. Their web page implies that they have more appropriate facilities for handling larger groups who book ahead. read more

First, I've gone to this location for a couple of years, with the first 5 or 6 experiences being excellent. However the last few have been disappointing and today's was absolutely horrible. Made a reservation on today, Sunday, for 4. Got seated right away - it wasn't busy at all. First waitress that came over to us I was really hoping she'd not be our actual waitress because she was picking her teeth right in front of me and never washed her hands, just kept serving! Thankfully another waitress came over without a smile and said she'd be our waitress. The whole time we were there she acted not happy to be there and like she couldn't wait til we were gone. Not rude, just not interested. I'd read good reviews on the haddock so I ordered it for the first time. As soon as it was served I noticed it smelled so fishy, not in a good way. But I checked it and it seemed to be cooked through so I ate about half and took a box to take home the rest. Well here it is 4:00 AM and I've been sick since I got home - not sure where they get their fish but either it was not cooked enough or it was not fresh! My son ordered a hamburger - it was so small. Just high priced for sub-par food and the server seemed at best that she wasn't having a good day - my son's been a server so we always give good tips and are gracious with staff but overall this just added to the negative experience. So disappointed because it used to be very good here but I won't be back :( read more

Went for lunch with my friends after going wedding dress shopping for my good friend. We were STARVING. Server came over, no smile and took our orders almost in a rush. Food came out way too quick to be fresh or to even have effort put into it. One friends plate was not what the menu states, stating cold noodles with the tuna. We received not only cold noodles but COMPLETELY UNCOOKED and not edible. When she asked the server is that was how they were to be she said "yes" then proceeded to act like she was rushing to avoid the conversation about it. When then asked for a side of rice instead she got it and acted like it was a problem. When asked for our bills they were THROWN at us on the table with nothing said and when she came back to take our cards she went to swipe them and said one of our cards was not working at all and she couldn't process the payment (not true, we had just used that card directly prior to being there with not a single issue) then proceeded to give attitude to us when giving another card to use. Then threw the finished checks and cards back on the table and quickly disappeared out back again. Horrible service and food was not good. I believe our server Nicole needs to be retrained or needs to think about another profession. Will never be back. read more

Went for the firt time a couple weeks ago. I got the steak tips with mashed potato and asparagus. My steak tips we ok if it was not for thd marinade they would be bland. I small little bowl size with mashed potatos. Hard to tell if box or real and they had no flavor. My roommate go a steak. He was not a fan of no flavor dry steak with 3 small pieces of brocolli and the same sized mashed potatoes which he also said no flavor. We had drinks he had 2 and I had one but felt obligated to drink another for the bartender just brought it to me. How about you ask if I want another. For the price tag $145. Went with my mother in law and my wife. Normally I don't eat in chain restaurants, but New Hampshire doesn't have the most amazing restaurant scene, so one does what one can. The dining room looks like someone bought a few cheap, oversize chandeliers and installed them on the ceiling of a cafeteria. Zero ambience. Entrees were awful. Cyprus Salad with Tuna was bland, uneventful, and simply lettuce, literally no sign of the other items on the menu. Brussels Sprout side, the Brussell Spouts were basically raw, Not cooked, no browning, hard as a rock. Whoever made the cole slaw has clearly never had cole slow, huge irregular chunks of red onion in it. Cooks don't even have knife skills.eved Fried clams were a disaster, came in a clump, had to pull them apart, and still not sure what the blackened color was. Clams were overcooked, batter had an awful hard texture. ... just nasty No point sending anything back, the cooks can't cook. Best part of the meal was dessert, chocolate beignets were good, (They're from a mix, those cooks didn't make them), Flourless chocolate cake was a tad dry, but tasty. Saving grace was our waitress Maddy, Sweetest young woman, great waitress, attentive, funny, and a wonderful person. She's a gem.
