I needed to revitalize a treasured hat and John steamed it and brought it back to life for a tiny fraction of what I thought it would cost. He also gave a very rapid turn-around time. In addition, John was very careful to clearly explain what he would do with the hat so I would understand the process. Knowing nothing about hats, I very much appreciated his explanations. I came across town to patronize this shop -- and I'd do it again. The quality of work and its value was well-worth it! Finally, parking can be a nightmare in Santa Monica but it was no problem for this shop. One time a spot wasn't immediatley available and by the time I drove around the block, one had opened up.
