I had two root canals done here within a couple months. For the record, these were my first two…read moreever so I wasn't sure what to expect, except that I wouldn't have any feeling in those teeth. After I had gotten the first one done, I called them to let them know I was having issues and they said to just take ibuprofen. At my second root canal appointment, I brought up to them again that I was still having issues with the first one and all they did was take me back, do the hot cold test on me but I didn't feel that so they sent me on my way even though I told them I wasn't having issues with hot or cold, it was more so pressure sensitivity, like when I chew or floss. But they didn't take the time to hear me out which is really frustrating, especially because I was trying to get it fixed before I had my permanent tooth put on which they say to do within two weeks of getting the root canal done. Because they dismissed me so many times, I was too scared to call them and complain again with the fear of being written off and honestly charged again without the issue being fixed. Now it's eight months later and I am still having problems chewing and flossing in now both teeth.
