Terrible Experience - Avoid This Dealership I had an absolutely horrible experience with Bomnin Alfa Romeo Fiat Doral while getting my A/C repaired. What I was told would take a couple of days turned into over a month. The service agent assigned to my vehicle, Eric, was completely incompetent. There was no communication whatsoever--calls and messages were left unanswered, and I was never given updates unless I chased them down myself. Because I live four hours away, this situation became extremely costly. I had to pay for a rental car for over a month, and on more than one occasion, I was told the car was ready, drove all the way there, paid for a hotel, only to be told the car would be ready the next day. That happened more than once. This was not just inconvenient--it was expensive, exhausting, and completely avoidable with even basic customer service. If you are looking for good communication, accountability, or any form of customer service, avoid this dealership at all costs. Well, it's better than North Miami Fiat- I guess I can start there. I purchased my second Fiat here and despite the hiccups, I walked out with the car which was the main goal. Buying a car isn't a delightful experience to begin with unless you're paying cash & there's a non-existent budget. Otherwise, get ready to give birth to a new vehicular credit line and brace yourself accordingly. There's 4 major Fiat dealers in the Broward & Dade area so know their inventory before selecting a location. The pro to this spot is that the service appointments are easy to get and they actually are extremely fast. Once you have a fiat, it's best (and cheaper) to bring them to the dealer for your oil changes. I drove these guys crazy but I got the car so half of my complaints are void now. What can I say. I traded my car in early February and as of April Mini Financial has not received the payoff check. After multiple calls to Humberto the manager I received a copy of the check Fiat issued to Mini on the 28th of February which was not mailed out until supposedly March 12th. As of April 1st still no payment received. I have received multiple phone calls to collect a debt from Mini, it's ridiculous. I Humberto the manager was supposed to follow up with me and provide me a copy of the cashed check from Mini. That was on Friday. He never called me back. Still no follow up even after I placed another phone call to the manager on 4/2. According to Mini they do not have the check and when I read the address from my copy it was sent to, they informed me that was the wrong address. I also reached out to Fiat USA on fb and received a messenger text that I needed to work with the dealership since they are independently owned the parent company doesn't have access to any information. read more

I recently traded in my Jeep Cherokee on Easter Sunday for a used Fiat 500L. At first everything was great the salesman was friendly and very helpful. There was a check engine light that they did set me up with an appointment so that it could be taken car of and it was. A sensor need to be replaced. After the appointment the light came back on so I called them back where they setup a second appointment which was for this past Saturday. When I arrived the was taken to the back where the found that the Engine Control Module need to be replaced. When the salesman arrived I was told that there wasn't anyone that could approve the repairs because the GM was off. I finally took me blowing up for them to make 1 phone call to have the car fixed. Later on that day as I was going out with my family another light came on for the tire sensor monitoring system was not available. I again called the salesman where stated that the service department had never gone over the car when it was originally traded in and that he would called on Monday to setup an appointment so that they could go through the car and that they would set me up with a loaner car. Yesterday after waiting all day for the call witch I never got. I called the salesman and he stated that he was going to setup the appointment and call me back. A few min later he calls me back with the service person and basically told me that they could look at the car but that I would have to pay for anything that the find. Then I was told that I need to buy an Extended Warranty if I wanted anything fixed, which I was never offered at all. The service at this location is really good and very fast. I made an appt and they were literately waiting for me to get there in order to work on the car. The oil maintenance, a software update and a recall for the cruise control were all done within 1 hr which seemed very fast in comparison to other dealers I have been to. I bought my first car from this dealership. Juan was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Really, a good guy that wants to get you the best deal. This review has nothing to do with him, it is directed solely towards the dealership. However, the dealership itself and the service they provided to me was horrible. They sold me a used Fiat 500x, however when I came to pick it up the next day, they only gave me 1 key, after I specifically asked for 2, and the dealership did not properly clean the car. It smelled (and still smells) like cigarettes from the previous owner. Paying for dealership fees was a total rip off, because they were not even able to provide the expected care and maintenance when one purchases a car. I tried to speak to Juan once more to see if he could provide the detail service that gets rid of the smell and the extra replacement key, and he told me that those services would cost extra. The Fiat is lovely, and I am supper happy with it as my first car. But clearly, if you want to buy from a dealership that will actually provide the kinds of services they should, do not buy from this one. read more

I was expecting either an alignment or tire balancing issue not what I was told. Apparently, the front right tire was full of an excessive amount of FIX A FLAT! A couple weeks ago I financed my first car at Alfa Romeo/Fiat South Miami. Sam and Willie assisted me through this process, easy to say that I had a ton of questions and they answered them all with a lot of patience. They walked me through the whole process, no matter which obstacle, they were able to help me and overcome them. They were also able to provide me with a deal of a lifetime and couldn't be anymore happy with their service and work ethic. My spouse and I shopped around at other dealers for the same vehicle for months and no deal was even close to what I received with them. If it was possible to give this dealership zero stars, I would. Hands down some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I drove up from Key West to test drive a car. Called ahead to make sure they knew what car I would be driving. When I got there the sales associate knew NOTHING about the car and couldn't answer any questions. I spent the next week working with the sales manager, expressing over and over that I wanted to buy the car if they could take care of a technical problem. Sales person will misrepresent the price and dealer fees. At $898 for a dealer fee, it's the highest I have seen in all South Florida. They forget they are selling Fiats and not maseratis. I recommend you try Arrigo in West Palm Beach, or the other two Fiat dealers in Miami. I sincerely hope some of you are dissuaded from going here as I regret purchasing from them. read more
