Prices are horrendous. Service is mediocre and don't try selling them anything unless you want to give it away.

I'm writing this as a disabled Vet, I would NEVER recommend Keith's to ANYONE. I thought they supported military service members by all the posters they have printed, until I turned around and saw all the trump propaganda they have up. I called the store and let them know the terrible things trump has said to about disabled and KIA service members but was met with rudeness and interruptions the man on the phone wouldn't even let me finish taking all he said was that they support "president trump" they seem to have their values all wrong. read more

Went in for my first time. Staff were welcoming as soon as I entered. Only went in there to browse and see the selection they had. But they were quick to help and answer any questions I had. They were super knowledgeable and gave me a good variety to choose from even though I didn't quite know what I was looking for. As I being a novice when it comes to firearms. Overall, I have a lot to think about but thanks to them. They have a lot of guns, a little ammo, and a pretty awful staff working. I got what I needed but to be helped you need to sign in. Then just stand there and wait. Was nice that in the time I had to wait I noticed 4 drump photos along with a drawing. So I got what I needed that one time and I'll happily never be going back. What an awful gun shop. First and foremost, I remember seeing Keith and his wife, every month when me, and my youngest would frequent the shows at the expo center... He was always short with his words a little bit crotchety, a little bit grumpy but he is a man of extreme integrity... I'll still remember after a lot of the crazy hectic things there were so many stores around that price gouged that tripled and five times their prices that absolutely took advantage of the situation they put dollar signs over the community and Keith never did that he made a living selling it at the same profit that he did before When prices went up and absolutely he would raise his, but he would raise it as much as you expect, and not just be greedy... I wrote off many stores, but Keith was not one of them, and when I was shopping there a lot before I was definitely not reviewing on yelp, so I will say great place Not great for doing transfers. Well, my *gosh*. That was lovely. I dropped by Keith's Sporting Goods about 30 minutes before they closed, hoping to land the purchase of a Kershaw Launch 8. They quickly confirmed they didn't have those in stock, so I pivoted to looking at their Benchmade knives. The sales staff was patient, friendly, and very helpful as we discussed options. And while I could have gone to the Benchmade factory store -- it's not that far away -- it's worth noting that Keith's had the knives I ended up getting at around 30% off of retail/MSRP, so a much, much, better deal. It was a really lovely experience, and I would be delighted to go there again. read more

Keith's is a good shop. I have shopped there 3-4x at this point, and plan to come back for more guns/ammo. I have interacted with the sales staff numerous times, and asked about numerous makes of gun. Every model, so far, that I've asked about, they had in stock. I was given a fair price on a trade, and when I asked for some advice from Keith, himself, it was given to me with enthusiasm and wisdom. I showed up for transfer and background check for two brand new guns, but I was told only one gun was ready to be process at the time even though both guns were already in their possession! How did I know? Because the FedEx tracking# was provided to me by the shipper outside state (the seller who I bought the guns from). Instead of two guns in one background check, they made me comeback the next day to process the second gun so they can milk more money for second background check fees! Went here to get my first gun in over 15 years. I didn't go in expecting them to give me an education on all things gun related. I did my research and had it narrowed down to a few possibilities. I worked with Keith directly and he answered my questions and showed me the guns I wanted to see. I made my selection and was out the door in less then 30 minutes. Additionally, the gun I wanted was cheaper here than sportsmans warehouse by 50 bucks. Gun sales are booming right now. They are trying to keep wait times down. The sign in sheet is a horrible idea. Whoever came up with it must not want customers. The staff are unfriendly so maybe they really don't want customers. People have to sign in just to buy something small like a magazine. I went in there and asked if they had any castle wrenches and was told to put my name on the list. I have a better idea for you guys. How about you make a list for gun purchases and a list for quick sales. The way it's ran right now is time consuming for customers who just need to be in and out real quick. I had a gun transferred here and was notified via email that my gun had been delivered. I go in put my name on the list. Have to wait 30 minutes just to talk to an employee. I said my gun was transferred here, it was just delivered. I was told that I had to wait for them to call me before I can come in and start the process. So I wasted 30 minutes of my time just to be told this information when they could have told me this right when I walked in the door if they were actually friendly people and greeted customers. Anyway, I leave even though the dude could have just went in the back found my gun and started my background. He ended up calling me an hour later saying my gun is ready. That means I get to come back in put my name on the list wait around even more just to do a background that takes 10 minutes if that. My background didn't clear before the store closed so I ended up going in the next morning wasting more of my time on the waiting list just to pick up my property. This establishment treated me fairly up until this last visit. I was upset at an offer for a couple of guns. I only said to my friend, "I guess I won't be coming back here". He then yelled at my going out the door and called me a butt. This was twice in one week Kieth (yes, the owner) yelled at customers. His attitude is hostile and he escalates situations. Every employee is rude and I'm not sure why because I go in there happy to be exercising my 2A and seeing pictures of my favorite presidents on the wall! They seemed to have hoarded up all the local ammunition for my specific gun and are selling a box of 50 for almost the price of a box of 100. Employee on phone proceeded to passive aggressively tell me a box of 100 does not exist. Shop here and interact with employees if you want to learn about personality disorders. Wouldn't be a real issue if they weren't constantly trying to tell every single customer they're wrong, while being 100% wrong themselves. In this day and age, we just don't need this negative experience for new people coming in to the gun community. Tips to improve Keith's: 1) Have all your employees finish middle school, at least. 2) Teach your employees about this new technology called the "internet". 3) Read, at a bare minimum, the first few lines of text on packaging of new guns you get in. 3) Spit out yer dip, climb down from your lifted trucks, tuck away that god awful attitude, and be a better representative for the NW gun community. read more

Like guns? They got 'em. In stock and at great prices. It's the biggest place in the state for a reason. Not a place I'd want to take a non-gun person, as it's kind of got an unapologetic hardcore gun nut vibe to the place, but whatever -- I have no interest in taking non-gun people to gun stores. As a disabled veteran of two wars, this has been the worst gun shop experience I have ever had. As soon as I walked in, they were rude, short and started cracking jokes about me wearing a mask. My mother has cancer and I still wear masks as she goes through chemo. This gun shop is highly toxic and not a friendly environment for anyone who doesn't support/endorse their political views. If you are bored and have lots of time to waste, this place is for you! You can stand in their store and stare at the wall for hours and they will ignore you the whole time. If you dare ask a question, they will give you attitude. Just wasted over sn hour in here and not one employee asked me if I needed help. Well worth the 30 minute wait! Our salesperson was personable, professional, and even had a great sense of humor! We drove from Washington state and arrived just 45 minutes before closing. By then, nine people were in front of us. It was cold outside, as it had snowed lightly earlier in the day. Surprisingly we waited only 30 minutes. This place lines up quickly I got here on Saturday at 8:30am hoping to be first but there was already 4 people in line. They have signs stating one employee per customer I was hoping I didn't have to wait long when they opened. I do not recommend Keiths!! Today my grandma was in there to ask one simple question regarding her antique gun and she signed in stood in line and 2 people that signed in after her were helped before her. They made no eye contact with her or ever even said a word to her. As she left and said something to them they still didn't offer to help her! Thank goodness we were able to help her!! I figured out how to get quick customer service: I parked in the fire lane and the guy at the door chased me off. Normally I'm there 30-40 minutes for a few boxes of brass and NO haggling or background check hassle. (The people who shop here have no idea how the system works or don't care or shouldn't be buying.) And this is the most lawless part of the country I've ever been in so please don't throw the rule book at me. It's cool. I'll go to Oregon Rifleworks or Lucky Gunner. WA resident here. Came down to check out the FN Reflex in person because it's hard to find one in WA. They have a lot of weapons and accessories; the case of sights had me drooling. Sam helped us and was very helpful, more so than any other gun shop we've been to. He didn't talk down to me or make me feel dumb being that I'm a female with not a lot of experience yet. I AM SURE After going into the store five or six times, there's only been ONE time I've been treated like a customer..... and it's the only time I've ever seen that worker in the store. I've been in there when it's busy and I've been in there when I'm the only customer. There seems to be no difference whatsoever. It's not like I walk in there with an attitude, expecting them to roll out the red carpet for me... I was taught to treat others the way you want to be treated and I've always been friendly, giving them the benefit of the doubt. In response I get very short answers to questions, and they generally make me feel like they would prefer I go to Bi-Mart or some other place to buy weapons. How this place is stayed in business as long as it has is beyond me. I have a couple of high-priced weapons I want to buy, but I want to be sure so I ask questions. One thing I know for sure.
