Me and my daughter came here for a early dinner on a very very slow night. There was only 3 table sat with that being said I was surprised it took more than 20 minutes for 6 piece sushi, veggies tempura, boneless wings and a shrimp cocktail to come out. The boneless wings looked like frozen popcorn chicken not wings. I was also shocked that for 11.99 only 6 pieces of Sushi was on my daughter's plate I did enjoy some of my veggies tempura but some of my veggies were only half battered the shrimp for the cocktail were big and yummy and the cocktail sauce seem in house my ajey actually taste like it had Alcohol in it so that was good because alot of places seem to miss that part lol. Came in on a Friday night and waited over an hour to get sushi, we kept asking the waitress about it and come to find out, the waitress never put it in. Got half off Brussels and they were burnt. We could hear the waitresses talking about or table because we complained about getting our order completely wrong and we had to go up to the bar to cash out after that since we got ignored. I know the peeps you are with can definitely impact any experience, but I think we would have had fun here even without our friends. Mattie behind the bar was hysterical. He can dish it out as he pours 'em! Agreed, the entrance is a little confusing since you come in via the sushi place next door, but it's not that complicated! There is plenty of seating at the big horseshoe-shaped bar, with booths and banquettes to the side and tables outside. We tried a couple of the house speciality drinks and they were fine. SERVICE: World Class Service. So my girlfriend and I came in 6 minutes before closing. If you've ever worked in the service industry, we all know how that can be annoying, especially when they close at 11:00pm. However, was met with some fantastic smiles from Cindy (Manager), Ashley (Hostess). They made us very comfortable and told us to take our time. Cindy even set up a table for us at the connected bar next door (On the Rocks). Kind of cool having sushi at a little bar. When it got chilly Cindy moved us close to a fireplace and blasted the heat. I got the I've tried many authentic sushi bars and I was extremely impressed by freshness of the sushi. The spider roll was perfectly crunchy and the spicy tuna was the perfect type of spiciness. The menu is small, but it is tasty. Sometimes I don't need a lot of options, as long as those that I have are good. Took my dad in here for a late Father's Day meal. Happened to be trivia night and we won a game of trivia while we were hanging out. Dad and my step-mom had a bunch of drinks that were all well made, as were my own. All three of us enjoyed out meals. Dad had a burger, I had the chicken burger and my step-mom had some sub sandwich thing I don't recall exactly. All three of us enjoyed our selections. Came here for Trivia Night on Thursday and honestly if it weren't for Trivia, I prolly wouldn't come back here otherwise. First off, the bar wasn't even busy at all. Ordered my first drink which was the Mango Colada. Took about 20 minutes till I got it, and didn't know it was a frozen drink because it never specified on the menu. Also it was still one chunk of ice when I got it; couldn't drink it threw the straw, actually had to crush it up and eat it with a fork. The bartender definitely needed to blend it for another minute or longer. Another thing I hate is that they don't list the price of the drinks on the menu and this was $12 which definitely wasn't worth it. My girlfriend got the chicken lettuce wraps which was dowsed in sesame oil and had this funky taste to it, which no body at our table liked and just sat there till it was taken away. At 9pm we ordered apps and flat bread pizzas since they were half off. Wings were the best thing but they're simple and no way should be messed up. The chicken on the flat breads were so dry, we ended up just picking it off. And at some point I also ordered the Voo Doo which basically tasted like Mountain Dew and Pineapple Juice which was a weird combination. Overall service was lacking especially to the amount of people who were actually in the bar. Drinks were disappointing and over-priced, and the food was also very disappointing. Service was slow but it was busy. The drinks were great but definitely overpriced. $12 for a drink. I don't normally pay that much for a drink unless there's a cover charge involved too. The $1 burger deal sounds great, but you pay a lot for add on items. The $1 burger made to taste good will cost $4 or $5. It's still cheap and off sets the cost of the drinks. All in all, I'd say this place with the burger deal is a bit pricey. read more

Not the best of what Wyandotte has to offer, but not the worst. Our friends ordered the bruschetta - they said it was really good but we were thrown off with how it was served. It was brought out in a giant martini glass. Under the bruschetta was a big bed of lettuce. There was A LOT of bruschetta but only 5 pieces of bread. Still ok. The Keg Tots were really really good! It's not what you would think. The description makes it sound like tots covered in cheese and bacon, but the tots are stuffed...still ok. Everyone got wings and said they were good but the sauces were not. I ordered the burger and it was perfectly cooked but very bland...only lettuce and tomato. And what really threw me off was the extra $2 it cost to add cheese...? If you're looking for a place to have a burger and a beer... this unfortunately isn't it lol. They didn't have much a beer menu, which is fine, assuming that "On the Rocks" is referring to whiskey as being their drink special. But if you're looking for a cool little place to have brunch on a patio, this is your spot. Not good, not bad, just not for me. Seems like its doing pretty well though so kudos! read more

Update: Per my boyfriends request we decided to give this place ANOTHER shot on a super empty Friday night. As soon as we walked in, no bartender at the bar. The house cocktails are just sugary crap for 9 bucks a pop. The layout of this place is officially stupid now. The regular bar entrance is blocked, but there are no signs telling you to use the next door down, because they have combined with the sushi place. OK. A fine idea, but the greeter at the door almost turned me away because I wasn't looking for sushi. Don't turn away bar customers because of that. Once inside, the service was painfully slow. I considered ordering some sushi, but the prices were like $20 for a roll, and $40 for some super special rolls. That is just insulting. Its half that price anywhere else. Waited forever to get the waitresses attention just to ask for the check. Would never open a tab here again. Maybe just order a beer and be ready to drop cash for it and leave. read more

Very disappointing first experience! After waiting 20 minutes to order our drinks. Another 10 minutes to get only 2 of the four drinks brought to our table. We asked if we could place our food order in hopes of speeding up the process, we were told our waitress would be over shortly! Went here for the Tuesday $1 burger special, advertisement on the website should state it is only the Prime burger patty and bun, veggie burger is not included. I don't understand why it couldn't be, but oh well. Needless to say, we ordered our beers first to fulfill the "with purchase of beverage" requirement, but then couldn't get the burger since my boyfriend and I are both vegetarian. Also wish there were more vegetarian and vegan selections. A couple apps are vegetarian, one veggie burger seems to be the only vegan option, but doesn't even state what type it is. Might be a cool place for others, but don't go if you are vegetarian. Bobcat Bonnies on the next block is definitely more vegan friendly. Beer also seemed quite expensive. read more

This place has it all! Nice variety of food that is reasonably priced and high quality. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The bartender Shayne is very skilled and able to create whatever drink you can think of having. If you are undecided about what to have,just let her know your tastes and she will be happy to create something new for you. The unique open air roll up windows add a nice atmosphere , while the multiple televisions assure there isn't a bad seat in the house if you want to catch the game. The overall vibe is fun and friendly. Think old school neighborhood pub with a modern fun twist. read more

Visited on 05/01/2018 at 5:00 for $1.00 burgers. When I arrived a was greeted by a friendly face asking me to pick my seating preference. My waitress was quick to ask me my drink selection and made a few recommendations based on her personal opinion which I like to get feedback from my server. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps which were fantastic and more than enough for two to share. My partner ordered the $1.00 burger plain just added the A1 steak sauce to it, she was very impressed by the flavor and the quality of beef. Will be back? YES!!!
